Bunch of people got laid off recently to make numbers better, management barely knows their employees names. Too much favoritism in the dealership. Technicians that suck up get better jobs and go home with more hours. No overtime is paid, period.
Huge turn over rate. Management makes empty promises like potential raise and performance bonus and in turn actually cut our wages!. Female employees that flirt with managers and owner gets recognized more than the ones actually doing work.
Management let's long term employees leave without blinking because they actually tell you they can fill your position no problem. Short staffed on purpose to squeeze efficiency out of employees and to improve numbers.

Many customers noticed the changes as well which shows...

Big expectations, heavy workload, managers on you like hawks, no support at all, rude management in following up with clients waiting for their vehicles. Higher bidder takes the vehicle regardless of original order/client, greedy owner and DP, poor benefits and pay, have to watch over your paycheque every month as sales spiffs will be always missing, and accounting pencils year old deals and you get back charged without a chance to check authenticity of any back charges. This happens to entire sales staff, most keep quiet fearing of dismissal. Positive part is working with clients who are mostly really good people and easy and enjoyable to work with. 

The parts department at the country hills location seemed very much to me like a clique culture with a number of the employees being in their early 20's. Not being a very outgoing individual or someone who likes to "dish it out", I found it difficult to successfully navigate that work environment. I felt that my shipper receiver/parts driver co-workers showed a lack of maturity and respect for outsiders and new hires. I can only speak for myself in saying that I was often blamed for mistakes I did not make, and was subject to degrading racial remarks which management did nothing about when I raised my concerns during a meeting.

im so happy when was my first day of my worked in canada,i have been work in Saudi arabia for almost 6 yrs.i have so many things that i learned,here in totyota countryhills calgary alberta its good for me in management,my coworkers is very good to me we make as a team helping its other as one family,i never incountered a hardest part of my job its easy for me,as i remember on moments that most enjoyable for me was on time that we were busy every weekends mostly in winter time,

- I would HIGHLY recommend working here if you like to play " catch me if you can" with your paycheck.

- I would HIGHLY review you paycheck every month working here.

- I would ask how you get paid working here.

No trustful and reliable relationship between employee and manager group, I won't say too much detail but since these two years we suffered a lot, but if you want to know what's the pressure and untrustful, you could found the real answer from there.

The benefits suck, the management sucks, its a negative environment, no room for advancing as they hire people outside of the work place when needed, constantly short staff due to horrible turn around rate, no rrsp,, open Saturday and working almost every Saturday,

i would not recommend anyone to work at this place, they treat you horrible and if your great at your job they treat you even worse because they don't like when customers talk to you and your giving them a good experience. if i could i would give zero stars all around.

In the used car side the schedule sucks.  Open one day closed the next (8:30am-3pm then 2pm to 9:00pm then 8:30am-3pm again). One week you work 6 days a week the next week you work 5 days.

the people and management is really what makes country hills Toyota a great place to work. its hard to come into this place on a regular day and not have a smile on your face just due to how up beat and happy everyone makes it feel.
