do not care about  laws put place  was off on medical leave  for 7 days  company new about it try to come back two days later say need be 100 %  try 4 days later  now need doctor note come back 6-day fax over doctors notes  because doctors say take easy driving if not  feeling good    to stop take a break  company  try  make big deal out off it because wood not  sign off on 10 hrs day driving  doctor says up to me  how i feeling work  over 8 hrs day  so  i had friend call say your company post ad on Kijiji  7 days go looking    hire driver do my job ph company back  say do want the like   you under 3 mts    now he are have legal  mather  tk VOORTMAN   FAMILY   let me  go  do to medical issues      now i now why cant kept driver    need time off  or refuse work long hrs  the let you go

The breathing conditions are incredibly poor...respirators are provided do little to filter the dust created from pulverizing garbage and demolished buildings.
SAFETY concerns are IGNORED. JHSC member voted in and I was removed by board members for costing too much. 
Employees arent warned about chemicals...or live foreign bugs (invasive species). No special asbestos training. Just a push for more production. Owners have no regard for human safety or dignity. Philanthropic in public for esteem yet dangerously careless with theor own employees health.

They do not care about employees. They care about themselves only. Not good business people at all . One coworker died in my little time there and one died a few months after I left.I can’t stress how bad of business people they are, it would be laughable if it was not so sad that they hurt so many people with lies and promises. Replaced all the employees with cheap migrant workers. If you value your life and your sanity, please look for employment elsewhere. You can thank me later

I have never seen a more deadly company. The management is horrible noone cares about the employees. Their pay is erratic you definitely can't count on being paid. I would not be surprised if everyone ends up with permanent respiratory issues. Con artists straight up.

Worked there for 9 months and did not feel comfortable or any job security the entire time.
Owners/ management run the business like a hobby farm. No respect for employees and total disregard for any safety measures. Recommend anyplace but here.

I worked there for 8 months it was OK to work for in the beginning but became  a terrible place to work long hours unmaintained trucks they  will send you east of Toronto  to get a bin and they don't care what time they send you I got hurt they don't care about you STAY AWAY DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY 

Review work schedule for the day.  Perform maintenance per schedule or as needed.  Lead maintenance team and resolve problems that may occur.  Most enjoyable part of the job is the employees I work with and the trust to run  and resolve problems on my own.

No benefits. No encouragement. No talking to any other working  ,drive whether unsafe or not or go home! Pressure to drive to many hours .pressure to speed, pressure to drive unsafe or go home.

The best part of this job is the people I work with.  They are a lot of fun and I enjoy working with them.  
There was a lot of training when I started, and they supplied my safety equipment

My experience with countrywide recycling was awful. Dirty breathing conditions. No showers. Low pay.

All they care about are their production. Not employees
