This was a good job, not great. Had a lot of people come and go but the ones that stayed were great. Fast paced environment that involves a lot of hard work. I say terrible management as when I put my 2 weeks in I got fired later that week for not "doing my job" which I find quite ironic as I was the longest temp they had up to date. Of course it will be a he said, she said but I feel as thought I was wrongfully dismissed as I was moved to night shift and soon after fired. Again if I felt I was lacking in my abilities to do the job I would have quit but I was leaving for a vacation and when asked what I did wrong was not given a proper reason.

As late my as you work and don’t just stand around I believe there is room for advancement. It is a physical job but it’s not more then you can handle. People are polite .  I believe the pay as a contract worker should be higher, but the hourly wage is comparable to other jobs as a retirement position. I enjoyed working there and was offered a job at my 90 day trial.

Great experience working with all workers while galvanized parts

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working with hot metal parts and injuries 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Wonderful work environment. Everybody helps everyone and work together 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Great experience I liked that job

Would not recommend anyone to work here. The management don't know how to treat the staff and yet they are more concern about the job being done rather don't they staff. Pay is fair. Honestly the money is good but the staff interest is not the best at heart.

Other then the people you work with the place is a dump was promised Benefits I worked there a year and still didnt see benefits even when bugging them about it the beautiful smoke you breathe in the plant made me sick with throwing up once or twice a month stay away !!

Thorough training. RRSP matching. Good benefits. Unionized.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management not properly addressing safety concerns from labourers.

Starting as a temp working like a dog just to possible get hired on after u get hired on your expected to work between 6 and 7 days a week they break every rule known 

Work is everyday relaxed and I learned about the all over work like how to grinde the stock.All management member are very polite and the culture of workplace eco friendly. 

Progressive industry with a future.  Plant just expanded and added 30 employees.  Complete service line - hot dip and spinner capability.  Canadian owned - family business

Friendly coworkers , excellent working environment

I have no experience like that
