The company was great to start fast paced decent pay however when the going got tough with Uber and Lyft the company failed miserably especially the CEO…not one scheme to deal with competition was successful.
They made everyone put “Buy Local We Do” in ALL company communication then ended up outsourcing most of the remaining jobs to a call center in Jamaica (however 4 years before that they fired all the call takers and farmed those jobs out to the Philippines) failure from the top down

Learning how to lie, understanding corruption and fooling others

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Dealing with five managers for the same job. And some of them are in charge as manager without any degree or qualification related to nature of the business

Stressful, discrimination, abuse. And you will never be able to build a trust with the management

Stressful wishing next day not to come work

Worked for company for over 13 years. They wanted more than you coming in to do your job. Does not matter how good you are. What matters to management is how much your tolerance is to violations and retaliations from them the mangers and co workers. Union environment and most represenatives are bias and hateful???

My job requires exceptional customer services.  You have to know how to treat each customer differently.  They all have different needs and require different approach.  
This job sometimes requires good listening.  Some have a great deal of pain and just want to vent to a stranger who will not judge them. Makes you really sometimes appreciate what you have.
In addition, i get to be my own boss.  Make my own working hours.  Work and relax when i want too.

Had it not been for the lay off of the CSR'S, I would still be working there. Management was alright. They dealt with a lot of drivers unions. So it was understandable that they had harsh discipline practices. Junior management was okay but very gullible and had their selection of favorites.

One of the most stressful and unprofessional work environments. Long hours, weird shift timing, customer abuse, management abuse, at the time of my employment the pay was minimum wage but has heard it has gone up.

Overall, Coventry Connections is a great company to work for. The staff are exceptional to work with. A typical day at Coventry would be to establish appointments to grow our business.

in short easiest job ever pay rate could be adjusted in comparison to other call centers incentive for csr who actually come to work to Work

You have support and a healthy environment.  They treat  you fairly and respectful.  People are friendly. And management looks after there team. You can count on fairness and respect.

Working at Coventry was very productive, definitely added a great experience.

worked with amazing people that added fun to the workplace.
