I have learned how to:
Supervise a group of 5 people
Managing the process of Know Your Client (KYC) due for update for all types of individuals, SMEs and Large corporate customers
Distribute the daily work volume among team members
Receive and handle bulk adjustments requests reported by various departments and senior management
Review and authorize system adjustments according to customer documentations
Review and scrutinize requests and documents against CAE policy and procedures prior processing
Supervise & handle bulk payroll accounts introduced by branches & direct sales
Coordinate with branches for receipt of files to be reviewed
Review physical files and highlighted deviations & missing documentations then revert back to branches for notification
Ensure all requests are properly handled / processed
Conduct control reports to monitor over customers having incorrect data on the core banking system for rectifications
Ongoing monitor on customers missing data on system for a bank wide
Enable the branches to verify client’s signature by linking the signature on system sooner
Handle and supervise files inventory process
Teach and Train new staff for how to implement on banking solutions
Partake in team meetings, record information about new core banking system, analyse gaps/differences, then report to direct manager for taking final decision

a typical day at work was meeting clients to open accounts and organize their financial portfolios most of the clients were small and medium enterprises representatives
acquiring experiences from the colleagues was the benefit taken from that job but the atmosphere was competitive and that is the hardest part of the job also, the red tape and policies can make things go slower than it should take

I  extracted data on a daily basis from many systems and made sure of its quality then i did many types of reports concerning delinquency, scorecards confidential reports and i did the vintage analysis quarterly and the MOB analysis. this was my major role and i was a member in the many teams who implemented the CRM, the workflow system and i was responsible to migrate from the generic scorecard to a customised one

- Cash checks and pay out money after verifying that signature are correct, that written and unmerical amounts agree, and that accounts have sufficient funds.

- Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amounts, and check accuracy of deposite slips.

- Enter customers’ transactions into computers to record transactions and issue omputer-generated receipts

Don't think it's important here in Canada. But for Ukrainian conditions it was very nice plate to work in. Lots of very different tasks and interesting situations what definitely helps to improve professional skills.

My experience with this employer in Paris was quite limited but I appreciated the knowledge of the fixed income teams in London, and the good work/life balance

overall not bad but i didnot see it for the long term , every work place has some toxicity so you kinda get used to it and learn how to manage how you move
