Creation Technology

Creation Technology is a great place to work. It taught me so many things for my first organization, It showed me how the process in a manufacture organization worked, It taught me how to build a lot of products with high quality, It showed us ways to work in high efficiency and effectively ways. For the first 4 years ive worked here the management team has been great and they have always been on tasks with there customers and will make the employees feel the same way. That is why I love creation, I enjoy being a part of the management team and finding out ways to improve the organization plus the co workers are all super nice and friendly.

With everyone being friendly and hardly ever trouble to be had, this company really nails putting their workers first. With such a diverse amount of cultures residing within the company, the events the company puts on were always fun to go to.

too much workload, no proper training

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
no help, no support, no trust,

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
busy, lots of meetings, not efficient

Staff were all very friendly, supervisors were very encouraging during work, team members would help you whenever you did not understand how to do a certain task.

Fun place to work. Very nice people to work with. Competitive to climb up the ladder. Wages not very high.  Great place to gain experience and move on in my opinion 

I joined Creation in January  this year. Management of this company is excellent I ever saw. Employees are good but supposed to be good enough as compared to management.

Management support to do your work but no advancement and only people close to the upper management get career advancement. To much favouritism within the company

Easy Assembely work & testing work on computer. cooworkers is good. management is good supervisor is nice timing is nice to work and good environment at workplace

Found good coworkers. Excellent team work and collaboration. Wish they have a permanent position.relaxed work environment for all.no gender discriminating at all.

Great place to work, we have fun working but we also know when to work hard. Good place to learn about electrical devices that we build.
