All negative comments have not changed over the years. If you want excessive hours, often no breaks or lunch, (even though you are financially  compensated), under staffed, low pay, lack of respect from doctors, then this is the place for you. It's an unreasonable place with each doctor wanting things their way and expecting staff clinical and administrative to keep everything straight, and surprised when we can't. You even have one doctor who loses his temper and will yell at you in front of staff and patients. Thankfully your fellow employees are fantastic and a great bunch. Management has not been able to help improve workplace environment.

A usual day is over booked leaving the staff overworked, exhausted and often without breaks or lunch.
A toxic environment where staff were subjected to blame and punishment!  Instead of constructive criticism and teaching.
Staff tended to be cliquey. Backstabbing and gossip was tolerated by upper management.
First dental/ oral surgery office to end up unionized!

This is an excellent company to work for....I love my work and my co-workers.  We work well as a team and the doctors are all excellent.  They respect our professional skills and make the day fun and enjoyable. 

Management is very approachable and accommodating.  They work hard to keep the company organized and make sure everyone is treated fairly.  They do not tolerate gossip or slacking off. They make sure staff respects one another and work as a team.  If not they will not keep you as an employee.

Enjoy working at Credit Valley Oral Surgery.  Get along well with the Doctors and Staff employees.  

Nice friendly environment to work in.  Very busy with workload of several reports daily, but I thoroughly enjoy my job.

Only reason for looking elsewhere is location, to be closer to home.

I enjoy working with all my colleagues and the Surgeons are all fantastic people. Atmosphere at work is nice. Very busy office and fast-paced environment. It is hard to keep up in this economy, so salary increases would be extremely helpful. Overall, great company with wonderful staff to work with and doctors to work for.

Any review that you have read on this site that is positive about this company, is written by management -   All of the staff are extremely unhappy working here. The only thing that makes going to work bearable IS the staff - they are all super!

There is no respect for staff.  Massive staff turn over in the last couple of years. Makes a prospective new employee question why?!?   The management is evil.
