Management:
- colleagues and managers are friendly/approachable
- bosses at the top do not take responsibility for their mistakes
- bosses do not have clear understanding of roles/departments
- bosses treat you depending on how they feel that day

Workplace Culture:
- toxic workplace environment
- insulting pay/salary
- expect to bring your own camera/photography equipment for work (not mentioned at interview or in contract)
- high turnover, you will get let go/fired and replaced before they give you reasonable salary (a tactic to save money. They will hire and pay someone for way less)
- zero room for growth or learning

I won't even recommended my worst enemy to work here.

It'll basically ruin your faith in humanity..

When the management is poorly executed, they blame everything that went wrong on YOU because they don't listen. Despite the fact it's less than 10 people in the office. 
The vibe in the office wasn't good. I constantly overhear managers talking backstab about others to the boss, no matter it's true or not. 

No benefits. Minimum wage. Uninspiring environment. Terrible attitude. Poor management. 

What I learned: In a work place, you need to be sneaky and play the game right, that's how you can survive. Technical skills are not asset.

I would make crepes for customers and give ice cream to those who bought it. restock supplies and work the cashier. Cut up supplies ex.strawberries. I learned to work fast and effective for the tourist area. To be polite and patience with all co workers and customers. My management was poor, there was a low degree of organization. I did not really have co-workers, it was me and my bosses. They had low number of staff. The hardest part of the job was during the winter I had to look for other jobs and I was on call. Working there was quite fun, it was new and innovating .

Constantly overwhelmed with work, poor communication skills within management and pulled in 1000 different directions at once. Expected to work at all hours and reprimanded if emails are not answered, even at 2am. 

Too many Chiefs, not enough Indians...

One of the poorest run companies I've experienced

No benefits and insulting pay.

I learned a lot while I was working there. I was organizing everything for example: schedules, shifts, customer orders, inventory. It was good to enhance experience.

On a typical day at work, chefs ensure that food ingredients are fresh and cashiers are consistently cashing out customers. Usually both the chef and cashier can advise customers on what food item to buy that will satisfy their taste buds.

A typical day at work was very slow, other employees were not as welcoming as I hoped. boss had very low communication skills and never paid us on time.

Pros: Relatively flexible work schedule, but still demanding. Additional income comes in tips and commissions.

Cons: Management is poor - fair, could be better. 

Management was increasingly problematic. Turn over rate: high. Manager's mom also worked at the same location. Employees were NKT treated fairly and equally. Paid minimum wage.

Would love to be able to be a Part of a team as team work is something I have always lived by ! I think it is a great way to get things done the right way
