After 7 months working in the manufacturing area, I was let go very unexpectedly and without being given a reason. They paid me out for a week of work as per the labour law of pay in lieu of notice and refused to tell me why I was let go. I wasn't given any warnings or notification of poor performance and thought I was doing well.
I really was thinking quite highly of the company up to that point. They seemed to value employees....until they blindside you on a Thursday. 
Good benefits. I worked the night shift from 545pm to 415am and had an awesome Team Lead. Work four 10-hour shifts per week with a shift premium for the night.

This company is purely driven on export of product and not employee satisfaction. By this I mean if an employee has a better idea or can help the company, management will destroy employees idea.

It a nice place to work, the people are nice friendly, there is a very diverse environment, office lifestyle is 8-430.
Little old school - systems and processes  are a bit outdated and work from home is not optional.



Gained a lot of knowledge at crestline, seen a lot of changes.
Crestline is progressing day by day and are leading ambulance and speciality vehicle manufacture.

Very patient in teaching new welders the skills required to adapt to the shop surrounding. Very respectful and polite. Was able to feel at ease even under preasure.

I am nearing the end of my career and Crestline is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. Nothing but fair and honest, surrounded by great people.
