The worst company I have ever worked for. Leaving this company — even with a broken leg — was the best decision I ever made, because my pride and self-respect would not allow me to remain in such a toxic, deceitful, and disrespectful environment.
This organization is run by inexperienced, malicious, and unprofessional managers who consistently fail to uphold even the most basic standards of leadership or integrity.
The union is nothing more than a formality. Its president is entirely ineffective and functions as a puppet for the unqualified operations manager, offering no real support or protection to employees.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The wage for what we do. That’s about all 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management, the rules only apply to certain people and the HR manager and operations manager pick and choose who the rules apply to without being fair. The operations manager is nice to your face, but he’ll be the first to stab you in the back.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Lots of drama in every department come in do your job. Keep quiet and you’ll be fine.

Although the company grosses 9 billion a year they refuse to update there archaic systems. Definitely outdated in all areas of policy’s and employment engagement. Associates are not valued here. I would not recommend this organization to anyone.

The company is always worry about the people, nice friendly environment to work in. Most enjoyable part of the work was a lots of training provided, ability to combine vacation time at the end of the year with vacation of the following year and to get 4, 6, 8 weeks vacation every second year.
Nice people.

Have dedicated the last 24 years here and for the most part have enjoyed it. I am getting older and find myself where I might have to go back to doing shift work and would rather find a position that is full time days as I have always had a problem sleeping in the day time.

The culture is young, dynamic, but not reckless. Management is open with all employees and values contributions and consistently demonstrates a commitment to the betterment of the employees. The benefits and work environment are stellar.

Very stressful work environment,  12hr days rotating between days and graveyards.  constanley afraid of being yelled at or written up for things out of your control.

Very high rate of pay, with good benefits with pension.  work 4 on 4 off

Great amenities, plenty of history and documentation. Long history of workplace conflict with union. Decent compensation and benefits. Long working hours (12 hours; 4 on/4 off).

Very good company to work for, lots of overtime. Give you lots of time to train for the position,  very busy and quite stressful on some days. But the guys you work with are pretty decent.
