I was a Forklift Driver and general labour there for a few years and it was very unprofessional and they dont care about you as a person

They work you like crazy and the politics are all around you...
High expectations with no training. No recognition for hard work and responsibilities. Very poor management with no skills especially president and production supervisor. Its all about relationship and politics in this company.
Thare is no future thoughts and plan. All momentary decisions.
Blaming culture is so popular, instead of focusing on problems and implement processes.
Managers are unethical and unprofessional threatening people. Even HR doesn’t do anything about it because of the “relationships”.
Their sales is so low and they keep hiring and firing people. Makes everyone feel un-secure.


Take the reviews seriously, this is not a good company to work. Don’t even go for interview. They will smile at you and show you “good things “ they do for the employees, do NOT fall in any of those attitudes. Be patient you will find better job.

My experience at CuBE Packaging Solutions was extremely challenging and, at times, unacceptable from both a workload and workplace culture perspective.

Employees are often expected to work excessive hours—frequently extending to 12–14 hour days—without additional compensation or recognition. The workload is not sustainable and creates significant pressure, with little regard for work-life balance.

More concerning was the lack of support from management and HR when issues were raised. I personally experienced harassment from management, and despite bringing it forward, there was little to no meaningful response or resolution. This created an environment where employees did not feel supported, heard, or protected.

While the role itself can provide exposure to retail operations and systems, the overall environment makes it difficult to succeed or feel valued long-term.

As an employee at Cube Packaging Solutions in Aurora, my experience has been largely positive. The work environment is collaborative and supportive, which fosters a sense of teamwork among colleagues. Management is approachable and open to feedback, making it easy to communicate ideas or concerns.

However, like any workplace, there are challenges. At times, workload can be overwhelming, especially during peak seasons.

Cube Packaging Solutions is a great place to work for those looking for a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth, though it’s important to be prepared for busy periods.


This place unfortunately is a complete joke. I was a supervisor here for less than 10 months and had to leave because the production manager is a completely clueless. I don’t like being negative but he has no people skills and needs training on how to talk to people. I can’t believe a company would allow such an individual oversee a plant the way he does. Quality manager is a great guy and the production associates are pretty good. The problem is the production manager. Be careful and watch your back if you work here!!

Working at Cube Packaging in Aurora for a short stint had to be the lowest ebb of my entire 30-year work career. 

A hyper-political culture with the worst type of non-collaborative "top down" directorship & management team led to an unpleasant and unstable stay, to say the least.

As for their shop floor environment, bullying is not only pervasive but encouraged amongst the production staff.

Advice for all prospective job/career seekers:
STEER CLEAR !

Pretty great atmosphere to work in.
People get along well together.
Exciting company to work in as it's growing in leaps and bounds.
Some growing pains but these are offset by the bonuses offered, the rrsp matched plan, complimentary lunches, after work activities, fund raising programs, competitive compensation.
Hardest part of the job is getting used to working continental shifts,

Cube is a company that really knows how to treat people well!
The management team at cube is very heavily involved in supporting outside charity programs such as blood donations, breast and prostate cancer programs. Cube also provides employees with free lunches 4 times per week! Management also provides frequent updates to employees to ensure that they are kept up to date on the current status of the company. Cube is one of the best companies that I worked for!

Cube is Mismanaged, they don't care about you! Management are liars, very high turn over, unsafe. Production Manager is useless and completely unqualified!!! No HR support. Great people used for their knowledge then let go. Empty promises! The list goes on and on. Do yourself a favor and look else where!!! They pretend they care but they don't! Two faced! Overwork you with no recognition. Take advantage of the employees. Stay away!  Not disgruntled just speaking the truth! Keep looking! 

The job is easy but expectations were a lot ! Very stressful! The company over work their  employees. No professional approach and no supervision . They ask you to service three or four fast machines and so many additional shores at the same time. You end up running out of breath. Also the job was not done in the right manner by employees due to pressure and high expectations forced on employees. Was not a relaxed, professional or fair work conditions.
