Management actively discourages inter office friendships. 
Completed my 3 month probation in which I was supposed to receive a raise and benefits. Was informed that there were to be some rearrangement so my probation was extended. continuously assured that there was a place for me and that the owner "had a plan" only to get my job moved to BC and instead of moving me to a different position within the company that I was qualified for, after proving myself a quick learner able to handle high stress and think on my feet, I was let go with no warning and not even given the respect of being told by the owner who had repeatedly assured me I would have a job after the rearrangement.

Maximum accountability is expected. You have to really work and perform and if you don't you'll know about it. Really hard work is expected and you have to grapple with the reality of the business and it is difficult. The office isn't a people farm where human beings graze like cattle on an hourly wage. You have to put out. It's a fascinating domain. There's lots of opportunity to create effective processes. Expect to be challenged. Expect to be shook up a bit. 

It was a very rewarding work experience. I learned so much. I miss it. I worked there years ago and I still think about it. 

The warehouse is too small for the amount of stock that management wants to hold.

Not enough Docks for the amount of trucks management wants to load.

Not enough hours in a day to do all the tasks management wants to accomplish

Certain employees are deemed to be "untouchable" and they are the cause of the majority of discrepancies in inventory and are consistently making mistakes, yet they go unpunished while other employees are terminated for someone else's mistakes.

All in all, employees are treated very poorly and with no respect unless they have been deemed untouchable but there is little to no possibility of advancement into the "untouchable" category.

This seemed like a great place to work as the location was good and the company seemed interesting...  but working with the management in Montreal was interesting to say the least. 

Hearing the owner regularly screaming, swearing and belittling other employees on the phone.  Rude and constant negative behavior are a normal thing there.  Deadlines that are impossible to hit.  

They go through a new designer every few months because the owner is ridiculous to work with. 

I could go on more but I think you get the picture.

A typical day involves dealing with the owners constant questions/demands etc. which you will receive 5 emails plus phone calls from one of the brothers in 5 mins if you have not got the answer right away.
Don't know how this is still continuing feel like working in a sweat shop a century ago. 
Bad culture and management, or shall I say - no culture at all
Owners care about only the money, nothing else. 
Some people are in the inner circle, got paid for doing nothing. 
The company is like a revolving door with people often get fired or left on their own. 
Do not recommend. 
Run away from this place

Started my work on day one and have to wait an hour in cold till someone comes and open the door for me. After i went in the office and go introduce my manager called an it guy to setup the system and the it guy literally stole my phone from the desk and put it in his pocket.

After a bit they started showing me work and told me to learn in a week and instead of showing me how they work my trainer started working on her own and didn’t show me anything. 

I was there for 4hours and figure out that I cannot grow or learn anything in this company as the work environment is pathetic.

Front office has about 25 employees and so far about 10 were either let go or quit.
Owner demanded management style. Two brothers, both are rude and like a hawk over your shoulder constantly.
Unprofessional and unethical business practice.
One of the brother yells to your face and in the email, really bad words used in emails to suppliers.
They fire people and change the company policy pending on their mood and needs
Be aware and stay away from this place

things always change 1 hour before shipping.and every change the company makes is for the bottom dollar of the company and never to make the employees life easier but to make a extra buck regardless of the added hardship of the employee or deadline on a shipment and aways at the lasp possible minute making it stressful and hard to complete orders on time 

Very busy, always helping others.  What I learned  at work was that you always strive to do your best and that you have an open mind, being positive. Management didn't always back you up.  Co-workers were amazing no issues.

This place is the epitome of everything you learn NOT to do to employees and co-workers.  I learned what not to do at this place.  I lost sleep, couldn't eat due to fear of losing my job.  I hadn't even begun training and was threatened to be fired!! What is that?

They do not appreciate you, RUN AWAY, and don't turn around, it will be for the better.
