I loved working here at first, as soon as they were taken over by a larger company that’s when things went downhill. With this change came a new site manager. His attitude regarding front line workers was they were expendable and replaceable. If your are a friend though, or brought a skill he didn’t posses you are golden. When upper management was made aware, it fell on deaf ears. 12-15 hour days were expected and you were made to feel guilty for not staying to help. Your schedule was changed without consent or notice. This was guised under the term “needs of the business have changed” this was never outlined in the job offers I saw. I would go days and weeks where this manager wouldn’t speak to me, not even a good morning. I was never told why or coached on how he believed I should or needed to preform. He would speak about front line workers and their deficiencies to their peers without their knowledge. Completely unprofessional. This work place had so much potential and could have been a fantastic place to lay roots. If you have no home life, children or are married to your job this is the place for you. If you value your personal life steer clear.

It all started very nice then everything went downhill. The management is using micromanaging which never works when there are other 10 other employees that needs her on everyday tasks. The management has poor managing skills which makes it hard for the employees to work around with.

I saw 3 people leave just by 2 months of working at the company, Salary and hourly wage are all different from each other it just depends on how much you are expecting on the job. Some people are working from home and earning more than those who are working in the office.

If you are looking for an entry level office environment, then I suggest this company, but don't ask for too much because they are cheap. No proper COVID-19 protocols and the management doesn't have morale and respect for other people below them.

The work they make you do is very heavy lifting fridges, stoves and dishwashers. There’s no set break times probably because there understaffed, sometimes I would have to work for 5 hours before I could take my 15 min break. The supervisors get mad when there’s multiple people helping you lift something too which makes no sense to me why. They constantly ask if you can work overtime they don’t care if your tired and sore from lifting 80lbs fridges all day. The pay is 600$ a week which is really bad for the work they make you do, probably also why there understaffed.

If you are looking for a job that underpays you 4 to 5 dollar below market average. This is the right place. Management is aware of they are not paying what is fair and they don’t care. They are flaunting about new acquisitions. But when employees ask for a fair salary raise. Management states there is no money and they are freezing any kind of expenses.
They are really good in assigning you new daily tasks and follow new useless procedures without any salary compensation

Very busy but very organized from the very start

I loved working here. All the managers were super nice and accommodating as I was a student and required more flexible hours . The job is hybrid so you can work in the comfort of your own home. You d need to be ready to take many phone calls so the environment is quite fast paced and can sometimes be stressful.

Would not recommend working here, good pay, really toxic environment. My manager was good but higher up managment dosnt support the branches or the employees at the different branches. 

Advancement is given when earned. Great people to work with and for. The listen to concerns and really make it like a big family. Would recommend to anyone.

Enjoy working for this company for 2 years now. Good staff, flexible schedule, salary is not that high but it’s ok. There’s sufficient space for parking

They are respectful, hardworking,  professional, and the manager is very helpful and always seeing how we were doing and genuinely cared about his employees. Awesome place to work.
