i worked for this company for a short time, left a previous job for this position as I was led to believe it was more hours and better pay. the hours and pay were definitely there, however they expect you to leave at a moments notice, they expect 16+ hours in a day 7 days a week. doesn't matter if you have a family. I got told I was going out of town, but they had no hotel for me, I had to find accomodations, and not get reimbursed for it. while out of town working, they left me behind to work themselves, and when I questioned it I was fired!!!

Dbi services is a great company to work within, lots of travelling required. I worked as an IVM(Industrial Vegetation Management), and I've also worked in Sudbury,ON doing pavement markings , bridge cleaning , graffiti removal using a soda blaster. Lots of learning to be had

I love my job When I worked there a reason for leaving is they got bought out by emocn so they carried over the better drivers had a chance to learn a lot of new things about highway maintenance And how important traffic control is

A typical day of work was when your day went as planned...
U can learn something every day....
Management was good...
The hardest part was mother nature....rain or shine....
I enjoyed all aspects of the job...

I was fortunate to have worked in several management positions with DBi. I had many great experiences and don't regret my time there. 
Travel opportunities, a lot of training, and many great people!

Great place to work as a trades person , never a shortage of things to do .
People are all super nice everyone gets along be it in the trades or with the labourers . Compensated well for the amount of work you do .

Management cuts corners and gives little direction. They under bid projects and underpay and do not provide proper resources to do your job. If it is a Canadian job stay away.

terrible company from pensalvania that is not around anymore.pay was sub parnobody liked working there but i must say they were better than the next company that got the contract

I only worked here for a short period of time. I sensed some crooked management.  The company had internal issues which caused the Ontario branch to dissolve.

you are forced to work hard but play hard.  Lots of travel.  lots of time away from home.  home for 2 days gone for 2 weeks  you do get to see lots of the country if you want
