This company was great to work at, I was there for 8 months. The people were nice.They don't get enough new work though and that's why I was laid off. If you don't know how to do something, somebody will teach you, not yell at you.. Their wage is slightly above average, and I'm going to miss it as I had to take a pay-cut switching to another job.

If you want job security for more then a year, don't work here.

When you work at DCM you are constantly bullied for other people’s gain. Your are not treated as a person there but as a number. They dont try and teach you anything and if they ask you to do something new for the first time and you are slower than the more experienced person working you are punished

Excellent company to work for, coworkers have always been helpful in what ever you need help with, good communication and understanding, we had some touch times in the Mech room but tough times never last but tough people do. 

Great people and company atmosphere.they had a great Christmas party with good prizes and golf tournaments and other team building exercises. Overall great experience

I worked for DCM as an apprentice plumber From 2008-2010. I enjoyed my time there. 
The head office was very friendly didn't feel out of place going Into the office. 
They hosted BBQs and a Christmas party. Was a good atmosphere

worked at fort hills for six months until the end of the project. was always treated fairly and had good benefits, camp food was excellent and camp was clean had lots to do.

Its a pretty decent company to work for, you get the chance to learn all the types of aspects of the job. Co-workers are friendly and the mangaement is alright.

This company is trash no rrsp no overtime low pay pizza parties the company can’t recall a profit however opened for 25 years below mid tier company. Trash.

It was challenging, intense, with a lot of opportunities. It's a different experience from previous work places. Management was poor with a lot of bias.

Awesome place to learn the trade . Definitely man me a great plumber I am today developed enough skills here and got lots of hands on training in multiple areas
