Very nice industry, the enviroment is very comptetive but the skills gained are excellent. Trainers and Co-workers are very kind and patient towards beginners. Though I worked only for 4 weeks. I enjoyed my every minute there. The wage is decent for any student who wants to take care of living expenses in Windsor. 

The is safe, fun and equally challenging one in terms of productivity as the company is on its spree towards meeting its supply. I heared the sales have increased steadily after the second wave of covid. 

I would like to thank them and wish the best for their future and hope more students get a chance to work here.

Started out working in Assembly and everything was good. Was switched to Shipping and Receiving bout two years later and was being trained to help out the Supervisor. Find out through a Co-worker that I was being unpaid for the amount of work/responsibilities I was given. Over the years the Management has also went down hill from how it was when I started. To hiring more students over full-time workers to the way the employees would be treated.

They want you to work harder and produce more! everyday they want you to do more then the day before. Before you know you are doing the work of 2 people every day. The co-workerd are some of the worst people I have EVER met in my Life. All in All I hope this place closes its doors!

You will be replaced without warning. Daily works was super busy they just want a working machine not an employee. They except you to work at a super fasted environment and if you failed you will be let go they won’t give you a fair chance when it comes down to it.  Apparently new owners looks like knew everything but nothing.  

Great place to work weekly pay and straight day shift was always nice. Great management and supervisor. Wish I could've worked there longer. Always something to do always on the go moving around was one of my favorite things.

Training wasnt too bad, although it's hard to hear then as it's pretty loud, and theres a lot to train you on. Easy once you get the hang of it, becomes near routine. TLs have to juggle training you and also working on their own work so it can be kind of difficult to learn when stress and pressure is on them as well as yourself.

There is underlying competition between persons in similar positions that wasn't immediately recognizable. The office is not very big, and roles are being filled as needed, so there is a small lack of training and a very small window for err. 

Safety is main priority at Dayus Register and Grille. The management team is excellent, people working are helpful and supportive. Supervisors  help a lot in training and manage work effectively.

Great place to work at if they called me back I would go back with no hesitation, jus had family issues on my end & they did all that they could to work with me, so really grateful for the time I spent there & would love to go back again if I got the chance again
