The people who work on the lines are great, BUT!! If your looking to work hard for a place the dosen't appreciate you and will run you into the ground this is a place for you. Management is poorly running the place and if you try to advance good luck! They offer you the whole "we are looking into benefits" song and dance but you'll never see them! For such a great company it is poorly run and people don't last long there! 

Bus goes by once a day and you have to wait almost 45 min for a trans-cab after working long shifts. Not to mention good luck getting a raise. When all is said and done I wouldn't work there!

over and clean up time, friendly co-workers

Poor management skills.  Would not recommend working for this company. 
No raises, benefits are through honeybee (useless).  Not adequate training.  Ie:  training is provided by people who have been working 1-2 weeks.  No pension,  no rrsp match, no profit sharing.   Plant has not enough space;  windows and doors everywhere.  Hard to maintain a walk way.  Floors are very slippery. 
Empty promises.   Not a good place to work.
Very unsafe and disorganized.  People come and go on a daily basis, expect to be let go.  

No management.
Some workers know the owner for long time so they work like they own the place. 
Nobody really cares where the company is heading. 
Seasonal demand of the business so can they lay off people randomly. 
No benefits. 
Lot of language barrier. 
No safety. (Saw people wearing sunglasses on the floor because there is no company policy against it)
Unprofessional workforce.
Most people are here finding way to kill their time. 
Blame-game is so big that nothing gets done on time. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
None, they layoff every time. Work environment is very bad, they don’t know how to respect their colleges/subordinates. Politics……

When you see their faces again the next day.

1 to 10 and the highest is 10.

Go to work. Do your work then go home.

I was employed by DEL for about a year. It basically is a revolving door place... can't keep employees because of lack of Management skills. Health and Safety is a mess and if you walk through the plant its very unorganized with things falling over like dominoes. Employees smoking while driving the forklift outside (at least) as supervisors turn a blind eye. Other's are found sleeping in their office. Good for a temporary stop but not for a career. 

My day was very good. I did my job everyday showed up to work everyday on time and yet they still fired me for no reason. They gave me a 5-minute notice at 3:25 p.m. saying you no longer have a job for absolutely no reason.. I learned a lot about rights for Ontario and I also learned a lot for businesses. This company hands down was the worst company I ever worked for. I did my job everyday showed up everyday and I no longer have a job.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Some bosses where ok. Alot of good ppl did work there. Have no idea if they are still there as the turn around will make your head spin

Laid off for 2 months and was still going if I didn't find another job. The turn there is sickening.

Good ppl ,you work hard for nothing.

Able to work at your own pace.

For me was smooth. Like I was my own boss.

Supervisors have no clue how to do their jobs , team players are not welcome , many workers with language barrier’s , pay does not equal amount of work , unless your just pushing a button , scan punch clock on second floor not handicap accessible , stares and weird looks by supervisors when working very awkward place to work
