My experience with this employer was extremely bad and ultimately disappointing. The work environment was marked by internal politics, favoritism, and a lack of transparency, which made it difficult to trust leadership or feel secure in my role. Despite my commitment to delivering quality work and maintaining a professional attitude, I became a target of workplace politics. Decisions were often made behind closed doors without fairness or accountability, and communication from management was inconsistent and often misleading. The culture discouraged open dialogue and rewarded manipulation over merit. I was terminated under circumstances that reflected betrayal rather than performance, which was disheartening but also eye-opening. While it was the most difficult professional experience I’ve faced, it taught me valuable lessons about workplace culture, integrity, and the importance of aligning with organizations that uphold ethical standards and respect their employees.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing is good here. Only good thing might be they let you work cash. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Too hot and dirty. The employees are very un educated people. They do not know how to manage. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The worst co workers and managers I have ever met. They are not professional and effective. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work work work and getting yelled by the uneducated people who got the position because of network.

I am not huge on coffee shops, but i love a good pastry and deli. And the members at this location which i had never visited previously ensured my visit was an amazing first experience without me even sayimg it was my first time there. The food? Phenomenal yet so simple, just the way breakfast dishes should be. There general attitude was out of this world. Its a shock to see that such kind and amazing people still occupy the same world as me. I am very glad to have been part of a quality experience that was driven both by passion and skill, service and the art of the kitchen. Plan on visiting whenever i am in town!!

no discrimination environment.
no pressure even it is a fast paced environment.
all employee respect each other.

as of now No…
no stress at all.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
peaceful,respect each other especially the culture which different people are there.mostly Indians. and i know already some of the languages because they are so friendly though.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
the Bosses  are nice.

Workers are not following health and safety guidelines. Parts are hard to find if there is the correct part. Shift hours change with short notice. Company always complaining if you work close to over time hour limits. Excellent maintenance workers. 

it was hot and very hard to work there. to work well with other co-worker and that you should always depend on yourself at all times. the heat and having to wait to get your break and always leaving late.

People lack of  knowledge and experiences come over.As an old employer it give hard time when you are on the line who can't even do the job fast. So they should at least give training and don't blame the old one for not doing the job properly.

Medium size bakery, they produce different products as cakes, muffins, struddels, etc. I learned about Pastry Industry and Packaging proccess. Thanks.

Was not a very nice place at all. A few nice people work there but unfortunately majority of the staff is quite unpleasant to work with. I honestly regret my time at that company!
