What is the best part of working at the company?
Great place to work.  They always respect your knowledge and let you do your job.  

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
It's only stressful if you can't manage the tasks at hand.  Nothing unreasonable,  just have a clear job description. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The safety girls are hard working and will always have your back. Very knowledgeable,  same as the shop guys. They respect when you troubleshoot equipment problems and communicate efficiently. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I would go to work. Do my job, had minimal problems. Communication is good between safety and maintenance. Not so much with the office...but youre always able to do your job.

Mix of foreign workers, that hate working there but they have a work visa for this company. Many others are employed without proper working permits and don't have any other choice.
 Sr. Management is awful; will throw you into jobs without providing proper information and then will blame you for any issues that occur. Also, do not trust pay promises.

The owner has no respect for females and barely listens to them unless it benefits him. The owner doesn't plan/ organize things and thinks on the spot. He's only in it for the money and doesn't always follow protocol. The wage is decent but it takes forever to get a raise if you get one.

Hardest part of the job is to work outside on winters

This company's maintenance division is in a crisis state.  Incredibly low morale across the entire company with a dilapidated fleet, declining revenue and upset clients. There is a massive wedge between the workforce and management created by a blatant disregard for results and people's well being

Some of the people here are amazing to work with but most of the management here is PUTRID. Too much stress from certain managers that make your life miserable. big egos is the norm in the office.  Work is Good when you’re surrounded by the right crew.  Overall the cons outweigh the cons BY A LOT and I wouldn’t work here again.

I fit well with Delta Valley Landscaping Services LTD as I work well independently with little direction as well as in a team environment .. Delta Valley encourages operators to share their knowledge with other team members so you can run projects efficiently 

They treat you good while you are training and give lots of time to train. The machinery was in very bad condition and they never seem to get fixed.  They won’t tell you before you start that they won’t pay over time.

Delta was good to me, gave me hands on training on equipment, were understanding when it came to personal matters, and were more then willing to give demos for novice operators
