Work is fun and people are nice. But administration lack some professionalism. There isn't enough staff, so finding help may never come. If they believe one person can do the job alone, they will never send you help, unless you are very late. They make promises to clients that employees cannot do due to lack of staff. People can be overworked, which can cause burn out or depressions. Most new employees try the job and then leave when something else better comes along. They also have monthly meetings that shares information that people might not feel they need to know and it stops production and makes use even more late.

This is backbreaking work. It will cripple you in months. I had trigger finger in 2 months. It is not worth what they are paying you, unless you work in sub phases making parts which is usually reserved for older people. Mangers don’t know the job, people quit everyday. Unionized as well
