What is the best part of working at the company?
Love the Monday to Friday but realistically management, skill/experience to pay wages is terrible. Was told I’d probably do great things and than they completely shut me out. Stuck at entry level pay and work and expected to do more for less appreciation and respect. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Expected to do more and more and more, without compensation etc..

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Hostile. Can have it’s moments but when you take a moment to think about it and yourself. Definitely don’t put all your eggs into one basket type situation.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Unorganized. Don’t always know what’s going on and they are trying to change a system with no workers etc.

Beware, if you're a good hard worker be prepared to do everyone else's job with no appreciation. Management sets unrealistic expectations and gets angry when you can't meet them, often times you'll be asked by your supervisor to drop whatever you're doing Even if your current job is far more important to attend whatever they may ask... I'm shocked that I lasted this long but they do not care if they watch their best employees (the ones who keep the company together) walk out their front door and wonder why their company is doing terrible.. Please do yourself a favor and never apply to this company as you will hate EVERYTHING, they make it sound good on paper but once You're in you basically have no life anymore nor do they respect our care about your complaints.... RUN!!!!

I worked here for 6 months, and as the months went on I lost motivation to get up in the morning and go to work, I had mental break downs about being afraid to call in to my managers if I was sick. I did not feel they offered support that employees need to feel safe in a work space. You always feel that your manger is judging you and is never there to help, just to pick at your mistakes and tear you down, while sitting in an office staring out a window at the warehouse floor. Overall if I ever hear anyone say they are going to apply I would strongly encourage them to look else where. 

A typical day at work consists of doing triple of the work for 1 employee fir nothing in return. What I believe I learned is nit much of anything it's all Stoughton forward. The management don't care about any body but them selfs. The work place culture the wroker are easy going. The hardest part of the job is having no help. The most enjoyable part of the job is going home.

Was a place I was looking forward to working at, but in the end it was probably the biggest mistake of my career. No raises, recent salary & staffing cuts (but the people who actually do the work and make parts, not the people who mismanaged the departments and funds to begin with). Life is hard enough but it is made even harder when you actually take a pay cut after years of record inflation.

It used to be a fun place to work but then management changed and money was more important the the people

Managements direction and expectations 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Not good. 
Nobody enjoyed working there

It is a pleasure to work with such great company as a design support, learned a lot about the kitchen industry and design, and looking forward to transition to the design consultant role as the company encourages career development. 

Pretty much everyone watched what you were doing and tried to tell you what to do. Pay isn't the best, but the hours are the only thing positive in my experience.

easy in and easy out. company is quite disorganized but the supervisor that i had treated my quite well. if you need time off regularly this is not the place for you. management takes attendance very seriously

Management treats Employees like numbers, everyone is replaceable. That’s the mentality of the company! Stay away from here, working here takes a toll on your mental health.
