Company off strong safety rules and regulations.
I don’t have to worry that I won’t be look after.
Everyone who complains about this company go outside and “smell a coffee” go and find a different place and give those who are looking for great atmosphere and  a good place to work a space.
They pay good but you need to work as well!
It my 5 season and I love it!
Managers are fantastic, supervisors are very understanding and owners are great!
I can support my family and that what is most important!

Devlin Construction is a great company with a bright future. Hard work is rewarded with loyalty and career advancement. Expect long hours, but the team environment is very positive. Devlin is on the cutting edge of technology use and the equipment fleet is up to date and well maintained. Even with all the growth there is still an open door policy and management is looking for new ideas to improve the employment experience

If you are looking for work, definitely this is the right one for you. They would normally give you longer period of work hours depending on your choice. They will give you everything you need to perform your work. The only thing I did not like there was the work culture. Since Devlin is a diverse company, 80% of its workers came from Polish and most of them have really bad characters and behavior towards other person.

Poor leadership, no clear direction, all over the place mentality, very little planning was ever done, flying by the seat of their pants. Transportation group were on the ball, foruegn works that we're nm ot supported 

Most of the employees and office staff are polish. They would speak polish in front of you and make you feel very uncomfortable. No 3 month review only annual. Management always looks angry. Some times when you make a mistake they would talk down to you.

It has been a joy to work for a professionally ran company with a good reputation with its Clients. Proud to be a part of the organization. Lots of opportunities throughout the many divisions.

Drivers were good people to work with. Lead hand inexperienced with position . Too youg for the job. Paving foreman likes to be verbally abbusive. No premium for nite shifts.  No raises. Employees have to buy their own Devlin hi vis pants. Sugestions about saftey ignored

Working with Devlin is great, they are friendly people, you get long hours and great pay. The only part is standing all day, rainy days aren't so great either since you lose your hours, and this job definitely requires a vehicle to get to the job sites.  

Great place to work. Good equipment, good employees, and good management. They pay great and have good benefits. They treat everyone within the company as equals and it makes for an enjoyable place to work.
