a day working Dhaliwal Banquet Hall starts at 5am. Be able to get the temple where a wedding is taking to set up. Dhaliwal Hall is one of the only places where fresh food is made on site and not packed and brought from warehouse, therefore all workers needed to help cut veggies, set up a couple fruit and salad trays. work must be done as soon as possible so when guests show up all workers can serve them. from the start of the wedding to the end all servers need to work fast to fulfill all wedding guests demands. once wedding is over and everyone has left, all workers contribute to clean up and pack up. there is so much i learned such as: teamwork skills to get work done fast, communication skills to deal with over 500 people each time you work, problem solving skills to think fast about an alternative solutions. co-workers and supervisors are super nice and and very helpful, although when under time pressure you may get yelled at to get work done faster. hardest part about the job is defiantly the long hours, along with getting around in a room full of over 500 people. work at a wedding can have its benefits has its always full of energy, always around a crowd full of happy people. its totally a party environment.

a typical day at work is setting up for take outs.
I learned a lots of things from here like being more responsible to mine work. Learned how to work in team by making friendly nature with them. I got more information about food we serve like how it made n what it contains. Learned how to behave with different natured person n how to make them satisfy to mine work. Learned to co operate with mine co-workers. The hardest part is arranging take outs n attending more tables in case of shortage of workers. Though I enjoy every part of mine job.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I am talking about staff is very nice . They are very coprative. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There is not the most stressful part . We can say some time is stressful some is missing that thing is very difficult .

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Their is the work environment  and culture is very good. Everyone talk to politely and one thing is more manager is very nice person.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
There is nothing typical for me overtheire.

I started work  in may 2017 and left in September. So, that time was very good time for me because staff members were very friendly and I got free food at any time. I enjoyed a lot while I was working at dhaliwal banquet hall.  Serving In the party was enjoyable part of the job. I like to talk with people who came in party.and know about what they like to eat . So, this Job was very joyful Job for me.

They made you to do long and heavy shifts. Force more work on to you to get their job done. Very rude staff. Supervisors do not do their work instead put heavy loads of work on the servers. They insult you infant of everybody and yell at you if you try to make your point.

I like to work there company's environment is good. There we have so many small and large events which gives excellent customer service experience. Food is free for all the employess. So it was good experience to work there.

The overall job was really good. I learned  how to communicate with people, I gained my self- confidence. The co-workers were really helpful. I enjoyed a lot working there.

The Banquet Hall is very friendly and very nice. They provide us with all the necessary equipment for the cleaning and sometimes with free food. I really liked it when i worked there.

I like working there.it's a fine place. there are many benefits. we have to organize and then take action. we have a lot of fun while working. pay rate is good
