I'm currently a local manager at Diamond Delivery, and have been with the company for 1.5yrs - Personally, I've had support from leadership and the freedom to manage my team in a way that lets us all grow together.  I really enjoy the people I work with, and we work together to support each other and our customers.  Owner/Operators make good money, and full time employees see a great benefit package.  Customers are happy and we are continually expanding our services.  The owner of the company and the leadership strongly support giving back to the community, and we get to support a number of worthwhile causes.  It gets extremely busy, as with all freight companies, but the communication and team attitude make these days more a challenge than a stress.  I'd say #1 most enjoyable part of working here are the people. 

My experience at Diamond Delivery has been noting but amazing. From my first day working here I was greeted with friendly faces and nothing but smiles. Every one here works as a team and in an orderly manner. From only having past experience in working in retail, they took the time to train and prepare me for all situations. The training process was well explained and laid out. They provided me with a detailed manual on how to use their online systems and whenever I need assistance I am always able to get answers fast. Something I love about working at Diamond is that it is extremely fast paced and days go by to quickly. There is never a dull moment.

Toxic environment with the worst management I have ever worked for. Certain drivers will be favoured and make more money and work less hours and if you stand up for yourself they will just get rid of you. There is no incentive, no fuel, insurance or other subsidy’s. Management openly steals and encourages others to as well. On a plus side when you can’t afford to fix your truck because of the lack of pay the company will let you drive with an un road worthy truck. .


I was hired on to the night shift to fill a supervisor role. I was given 4 Nights of very poor training then i was left to figure everything out on my own and blamed for mistakes when I hadn't even received the proper training.  Not a supportive workplace. Very chaotic with high employee turnover rate. 

Company has a culture of not properly training employees and firing them without explaining what had been done wrong or offering better training to keep people they do hire. 



Dedicated group of individuals that work very hard to be a good corporate citizen, provide excellent service and gives back to the community through various philanthropic activities - why wouldn't you want to do business with them. Fast paced work environment keeps everyone engaged and a great company culture ensures an industry low turnover ratio - this is the place to be.

I am a current office manager working for this company for over 25 years.  I enjoy the work I do and have always been treated well.  I have watched this organization grow into a competitive contender in our field of endeavor and I am proud to have been a part of that success!  I work with good people, several of which are long term staff that have become like family to me, I feel fortunate to have found my work home.     

This is a fast-paced environment with immense potential for growth.  A typical day at work presents new challenges all the time.  The business is well diversified with a large number of customers and services.  The management team is great to work with and long-term employees make this a great place to be.  The hardest part of the job is the volume of business and managing the growth.  It is enjoyable to see improvement when you put in the effort.

Diamond Delivery in my experience if a good place to work, everyone is friendly and wants the best for you. Some part of the job can be stressful as there are long days. But if your there to work hard and put in a solid days work they will treat you right and pay you what your worth. Management looks out for their workers and wants the best for everyone

Great company to work for if you're starting out In the industry or good if you really want to put your skills from many years experience to the ultimate test. 

The Company will not succeed until management cooperates with other staff members at other branches. Nor will it succeed until communication is known though out all diamond employees.

Just because you're a manager. Doesnt make you god.
