What is a typical day like for you at the company?
My daily tasks involve responding to messages and calls, keeping parents informed about students, managing schedules, and welcoming guests.

While the company has some friendly colleagues and hosts an annual year-end dinner, there are several serious concerns. The organization does not provide bonus pay or health benefits, and employee well-being does not appear to be a priority. Hiring practices seem biased, and there have been instances of discriminatory and inappropriate comments regarding employees' backgrounds. The management demonstrates a lack of professionalism, often criticizing staff and customers behind their backs. There is little interest in self-improvement or fostering a supportive work environment, resulting in a toxic workplace culture.

Overall it is a pretty fun, relaxing job. With regular pay like most art studios. Didn't need to overwork. Just chat with kids and teach some art. Kids are cheerful and fun.  Coworkers are cool, each person does their own thing in different art areas. The boss is nice and treats food sometimes.

-you can choose how many days a week you want to work  (can be a lot, or very little) 
-kids here are sometimes hard to look after, need to stay alert all the time 


They pad you a low salary and look down on you. Give you a heavy workload and alwasy tell you that you don't focus on your job. Not respect employees and pretend bigger than you.  They don't help you to achieve your career goal, instead telling you that you won't find a job better than this sketchy place. Better findout this asap so you don't waste your time there.

I've studied visual arts for many years and this is likely the best environment to put your skills into practice for starters. Being in this field is tough nowadays, but this place gave me opportunities to present my knowledge and meet coworkers like myself who share a similar career path. 

Working salary is based on minimum wage per hours.
No dental or health benefit .
Very stressful working experience.
Nowhere to promote yourself. Leave and seek a new place is also very stressful, coz this experience has zero contribution to your work skills.

-it's so hard to find part-time that takes place after my lectures that's not bubbletea or restaurants that work you to death
-here it's paid similar, but you feel half as tired and you don't get yelled at 

Horrible place to start

fake people
toxic workplace
parents are always seeking the lowest babysitting service
different standards for different employee


- Owner, teachers, and staff are all very kind, friendly, and understanding 
- Very flexible working hours, you choose how many days to work and when depending on your personal availability 
- Great job for university students
