Management threatens senior staff with replacement, so senior staff
do not train apprentice operators properly, thereby stalling any advancement in company. Culture of harassment and favoritism, lying about junior staff to cover up senior staff mistakes. Nepotism 
in management hires, poor candidates for production supervisor(s),
result. Company is not diversified in customers,so are never able to grow, probably a result of sales team being so lazy and owner of company too clued out to care. Sales team and senior management 
are most likely to not improve , seems like they are  lying to the owner about production numbers,ect. Horrible place to work, senior staff is only concerned with "job protection" and abuse all junior employees.Some senior staff do nothing all day,yet report on all junior staff's laziness.

A lot of the duties I was assigned consisted of shipping materials and receiving materials, overall the work environment was enjoyable and a lot of co workers were friendly and easy going. Management was okay, some of the supervisors seemed to go out of their way to get you in trouble for a mistake you made and they would throw the book at you with whatever they could, otherwise the owner has a good head on his shoulders and I feel confident he’ll steer the team in the right direction. 

start with preventative maitanance on  the equipment and taking over from pevious shift.  learning from the log book about present job and after checking  cutting inserts and tools start production. check the first off part , call QA to prove it  and run rest of the work order.

Great place to work, received extensive training from my immediate supervisor, great support/guidance from the team and management. They were helpful from the beginning until my last day of work. Ready to lend a hand when I had questions regarding invoices and orders. 

Everyone in all the departments is amazing. All the supervisors are always there for any help needed. The machine shop workers are great. The accounting department is amazing

I work here at day time Those using calippers.follow instruction in blue print.The management was fair for all.The most enjoyable part of this job was  when i make make job on good shape

Inexperienced management make this place a toxic work environment. Job security is non existent. Employee association is ineffective. Owners not willing to negotiate on salaries or benefits.

Investment in automation to compete in a global scale.  30 years in the mining and oil/gas industries.  Health and safety is the main priority for the organization.

Excellent place to work, just there is no job security.
