What is the best part of working at the company?
This was the most toxic workplace I have ever encountered. Minimal training from people who admit they were also never trained properly. Hazardous environments and products without proper protective gear or WHMIS training. I was allowed one vacation in almost 3 years, and they forgot to get someone to cover my work. Everything you consider mandatory from an employer is optional or totally absent here, from safety equipment and basic training to medical leave and disability coverage. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lack of training, support, and basic needs.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Highly toxic. Unsupportive, blame focused management that tries to finds ways to make any problem seem like your fault instead of supporting you.

Diversey was always a fast paced and well organized company.They were always training and updating the skills of all it,s employee's.There was always encouragement,knowing when you did a great job,recognition and job security.This made all employee's give 110% in their jobs and this was evident in the length of service by the employee's.They inspired you to be the and do your best.

-A large part of the day is spent on the road driving
-Interaction with Walmart or other employees of the client
-upper management needs improvement 
-work place culture is almost non-existent 
-hardest part of day is coming home and do more admin work because you can't do it on the road
-most enjoyable part of the day is when you know your work is done.

Worked here refurbishing equipment a couple years ago. It was an excellent working environment and management was very reasonable. Reluctantly left due to family circumstances. Was asked to review a former employer by indeed and Diversey came to mind for good reason.  Would definitely recommend working here. 

Not a people centric company.  Work environment is confrontational due to top leadership/management .  Company has great products and people at the field level but not upper managers and would be the sole reason I would not work for Diversey Canada.

Prospect new business and follow through on opportunities in sales funnel.  Trouble shoot customer inquiries.  Grow sales business.

Great people, great pay, lots of room for progression, great work/home life balance, great benefits, mandatory overtime during covid, they're willing to train you in different areas if your wanting to learn. 

Great products and work/life balance company.
Below average salary though.

Company car, laptop, phone.
Unfortunately, you have to pay 100$ per month for using a company vehicle, but no limit on mileage.

Dealing with chemicals and industrial cleaners really open my eyes to the importance of ppe and the importance of working safe. The people I worked with in my seven years on afternoons made the job easier.

Great people, great pay, lots of room for progression, great work home life balance, great benefits, manadory overtime during covid, willing to train in different areas
