i had never done a job like this before. I am a quick learner but i find that some of the supervisors on the jacking crews affect my ability to learn on the fly. thus stressing me out and flustering me. I have definitely learned about the way to do things here but i just do not feel like i fit in. The pay is good and i don't mind working out of town but i have no schedule so having a life outside of work is nearly impossible.

The day starts off with a safety meeting everyday you learn a lot about rigging and crane work the management was alright the co workers were a good group of people the hardest part of the job is the math behind the weights and sling tensions , the most enjoyable part was most of the staff were good guys

Working on a very scheduled day, organized work site, helpful coworkers and management. They were always very safety orientated and helped you whenever needed.

Typical Ma Pa operation. Excellent equipment. Great work environment. Very concerned about the well-being of their employees.

Great company to work for, made people feel like they were family and were never forgotten about. Owners had employee events and always remembered everyone's birthday and made sure they got a card.

The Bonnyville location is lacking in management and work procurement. I would not recommend this location for employment.

Good place to work. Oilfield construction, thus experiences lay offs every once in a while. Keen on having their employees grow. Management cares about employees. Good wages

Awesome place to work. Develop friendships and do some really neat stuff. Not a regular 9 to 5. These guys get asked to do the almost impossible and they just go about doing it.
