What is the best part of working at the company?
The staff of Dr. Clean Inc. (Timmins) especially, my Manager and Supervisor are very friendly, Cooperative and Supportive. Working at the company taught me various skills to work at such a fast paced environment efficiently! I love working at Dr. Clean!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Undoubtedly, there is nothing such like that!

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Positive, friendly and Supportive!

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
When my manager who is more like my best friend got pleased with my work at a project site. He often motivates and guide whenever I need some kind of assistance!

Co-workers would slack off and often talk about their life, rather than get the job done first, and what they spoke of was not suitable for a workplace environment. Co- workers also brought Narcotics to the few job sites we went to. Being the only sober one, it wasn't hard to excel in my postilion. 
I Had almost made it to the shop to work on Clients in the 2 months i was there, but got laid off during the summer to finish Grade 11.

I have been with Dr Clean for over 7 years now, then are a family oriented company. They make you feel like you are able to come to them with any type of problem and they will help you to fix it. They have been very supportive and helpful with working around my husbands health issues. They are more then happy to seat down with you one on one to work out a plan to make sure your work is not too stressful or hard on you if it is necessary.. The owners of the company are great Family and Enjoy working for them…

The coworkers you work with are nice and easy to get along with 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management is near impossible to figure issues out with. Whether it’s scheduling, payroll, hours, anything would not be resolved

Work environment is horrible, culture is somewhat decent

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful, chaotic, tiring, mind numbing.

Things change too fast that u can be ready for what come up.
There no respect for the works that trying do there only to be pull from dodeed. 
Some manager are awesome and some are not so good.
Hardest part try keep cool and not blow up with all the miss happiness of be pull way from r doing or trying to do.
Most enjoyable part would be work some good people and leaving to go home.

I get to work at 9am, us girls in the office would talk for a bit then straight to work. I check my emails and my board of things to do and start getting the tasks done the ladys or boss gave me. By 12pm I would go out for my thirty minute lunch break and when back to work, finishing up my tasks and answering phone calls. By 2pm I would pack up, shut down or turn off everything and head home.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The people are great. Such friendly staff and management 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Very high pace environment. Lots of work to do, very little down time.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Easy going and friendly environment

Bosses are a joke so is the supervisor they expect you to work when they say jump and track your every movement with their app. they'll act like they care about you and your family's  well being but dont will also lie to get you to do what they need done and then say they didnt say that. They have no accountability for anything. The pay sucks the work is a joke wont even buy new mop heads

Overall would not work here pay is awful and they don’t respect their employees. I was transferred departments without my input, 0/10 experience working for them. Management is disorganized, unprofessional. They’ll just ghost employees & take all their shifts away without notifying them.
You’ll get yelled at, hanged up on &, ignored by management.  

I've been here for about 6 months and I can say it's one of the best jobs I've had. Good hours, great people and a good working environment. The team and management make you feel appreciated and care about your health and well-being. Rather than dreading going to work every morning, your day's work.
