What is the best part of working at the company?
Great co workers, made everyone feel apart of a team. Great consistent hours and super good for work/life balance 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nothing at all was stressful. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great co workers. All were very willing to teach/explain things

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Show up in the morning for a 7:00 am start, go and do rounds/checks for your assigned area. By the time your done that you’d have a rough idea on if your area is good to go and if you need to go give others a hand you can go do that. Usually pretty laid back days but you can always find something to keep you busy

typical day started at 7:45 and ended at 6 pm.
learned importance of interaction with fellow employees and the true value of teamwork.
management was not really supportive of empowerment for middle management.
co-workers showed initiative and a good understanding of their individual responsibilities and the impact of their performance on the team as a whole.
hardest part of the job was taking disciplinary action
best part of the job was in taking satisfaction from above average achievements.

I enjoy working with the public, and in this positon; that is exactly what happens. I am safety oriented and orderly by nature. Keeping to my schedule was very important and I thrive in this type of situation.
Arriving at work, doing a circle check on my bus, then interacting with the other drivers started each day pleasantly. Greeting and driving customers to their destination on time and safely made up the main part of my job. Occasionally accidents or weather would tie things up and having frustrated passengers wasn't very nice.
In general, I would recommend this job to young people looking for work.

Being interactive with staffs and patients while providing services at a professional level

Not really stressful but very busy, I love it based on the role I had each day

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It was very busy, from opening to closing.  Everyone was very energetic and productive 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day if I was a runner for providing the vaccines I would do at least 30,000 steps which keeps me active

The job was challenging trying to help special education children within the confines and restrictions of the school system. Each child was truly individual and I had to be creative to motivate and help but I achieved much there and saw the miracles take place. It was restrictive working there but the benefits were good. Again though I was selling myself short of my true potential of being and P.I something I sought to do in my 20's

Alot of long term employees & that speaks volumes in itself.
The compensation is terrific and definitely one of the best paying employers for PSWs 
The staff overall genuinely care for residents, it is a nice clean home and if I had to put a family member in a home I'd prefer this one.
I wish as a PT employee I didn't have to work 3 winds a month and every single Christmas.
PT schedule is only about 7 shifts every 2 weeks unless you can pick up more shifts to fill in the gaps, which is not always easy to do.

I work in one of the LTC homes.  The work is busy, often you work short staffed, management has been slow to respond to these issues.   It's improving but slowly. 

My first three years, I sacrificed and worked 3 weekends in a row.  Very poor work-life balance. 

The most enjoyable is the work itself and your co-workers and supervisors are very friendly and job satisfaction. 

If you like working OT, its great and salary is good - but could be better compared to other divisions in the region. 

A typical day at work for me is long. It involves set up, scoring, rules, mediating infractions, social media marketing, golf course relations and others. I learned how to multitask efficiently while still providing a social atmosphere for children and their parents. The hardest part of the job is the long days and inclement weather as the sport is outside. The most enjoyable part is the nice days, going around the course scoring and helping younger players!

Great experience here again. got introduced to the litigation process and spearheaded that. Worked along side the VP of finance and he was honestly one of the most knowledgeable individuals I had ever met and really took time to explain things and the biggest thing was the senior management staff never held their nose high. Really adopted the team mentality.

Great supervisor and child care provider. Experienced working and caring for babies and children. Children tend to like me and my experience in working as a camp counselor for many summers makes it to be a fun experience for the child. I enjoy being with children and teaching them fun things, whether its telling them fun facts or how to tie shoes.
