My experience with dynacast
It had its ups and downs 90% of the time I felt happy with positive encouragement and lots of new things to learn on the job and overall it's a great environment if you get along with the people there but keyword if you get along once you get on the bad side of it it's so called popular group of at work you will be bullied until leaving they will not fix machines if their broken if you are on their bad side. They give you childish as well especially once you get on their badside. Certain employees who have been there for a while well purposely slack off because they know they won't get in trouble because they're desperately needed there

But one thing I do know about that this place it's trying to become a new place they're trying to get out of all the old employees who are the scum of that place it just got new management and he is great

Management there spends their time finding ways to harass employees for their own enjoyment as opposed to actually managing the work place. 

Because of this the company frequently bounces between layoffs and mandatory overtime,  usually with in the same month.

If you're working a trade skill, you'll be paid 25% lower of a wage than the provincial average, if you're a laborer you get 20 cents above minimum wage and you do not get an increase.

The union there never attempts to argue for an increase,  nor does it have an interest in the employee at all. The general consensus among the employees there is that the union exists solely to claw back some money from the employee.

Literally any other place of employment would be better 

In all my professional career, Dynacast is by far the best company I've ever worked for. We do some of the best and most interesting work. You couldn't ask for better co-workers. All are kind and willing to help. In my opinion the managers too are amazing. They have always been respectful, and foster a environment of respect. Along with this they have a program where employees can submit ideas to make the company better and are given gift cards. 
In my opinion Dynacast  is the best company in Canada. You can't go wrong working here. 

This place will drain you. It’s hard labour and for the lack of money you make you’d be better off making the same amount of money elsewhere. They barely pay above minimum wage and the union doesn’t work for the employees. Their hours get cut often making it difficult to support your family. Management watches everyone’s every move via cameras. If you slip up you’ll be disciplined. The union doesn’t follow protocols when job postings go up. Meaning they will give jobs to favourites instead of following proper protocol.

I was warned that this company would be difficult to work for. They were right. Upper management is so concerned about making the customer happy but refuse to really fix the problems. Problem solving is just a form they are forced to fill out. I am constantly worried about slipping on the floors and the air even in the offices seems greasy and heavy. The heat wave doesn't seem to concern management because they aren't the ones on the floor forced to do overtime. I see people on all levels very apathetic about their job. 

The worst company to work for, management changes daily and it's a revolving door of temporary workers. Completely unsafe work environment, someone will eventually get seriously injured. Very dirty but no time allowed for the cleaning of work areas. Way too much expected for practically minimum wage. Don't count on ever receiving a raise or a promotion. Very biased towards bottom rung employees and gender discrimination from all levels of employees and management alike. This company will screw you over any chance they get and treats every employee like garbage. 

$14 for very stressful, sometimes strenuous work. Dangerous working conditions around melting pots. Sometimes required to walk in excess of 20,000 steps. In the summer temperatures may be as high as 40 degrees Celcius and you will be required to fill and clean 400 degrees Celcius melting pots, while still walking 20,000+ steps.
If you're lucky enough to receive a promotion, they may try to not pay you your deserved wage.
Staff is friendly after you've been there for a while.

The management crew has no idea on what they’re doing. So much in house politics you might as well have just stayed in high school. A 60+ year old woman that loves to spread rumours and create drama gets rewarded with a promotion but a hard working employee that puts in the work and effort will get ridiculed and humiliated. The lowest rate of pay and worst benefits of any other factory. 

Area management expects U to run 3 machines at a time while others sit on their butt doing nothing but playing on their phones, taking extra long breaks or walking out during their shift to go home instead of doing what their getting paid to do, NO raises EVER, Supervisor on afternoon's was easy to get along with but the employees have an "I don't give an F" attitude which reflects on ALL shifts! Really surprised this place is in business at all the way the owner runs the place... PATHETIC

You can bust you’re back and never get recognition, you’ll be expected to do more then you’re own work load. 

If you do a good job you’ll be expected to take on more of a work load without a raise or pat on the back, very hard company to work for they only see dollar signs and want to save every penny they can but then wonder why machines are broken when fixed with Chinese after market parts
