As software developer since 2005, this was my WORST WORK EVER!
I worked as developer there for 3 months. 80% of the work is correcting bugs. You work with a chronometer at your workstation. You arrive, log in and start you chronometer. If you go to the toilet.. stop chronometer, come back start your chronometer. 
You don't have any documentation, no training... you are in your own. 
In the time that i was there... 5 developer pass on. A lot of them really capable and with good experience.
DON'T WORK THERE.

Managers and Stakeholder are very open-minded. Very good advantages, great ambiance, they always encourage the staff to learn and growth. It's quite dynamic so you'll have to like this kind of environment.

Also, I've read the other reviews and there's no such thing as timer (Devs are free to use whatever they want to manage their time). Maybe they were used on specific client project where the time was tight?

Lot of stuff to learn at start but very repetitive so it's become easy and boring after +/- 2 years. 
The enterprise make good effort to increase the pleasure to work there.

Great management style and extremely flexible in regards to working hours per day and working from home and vacation allowances. Great team of developers and QA and Sales staff !

Dynacom is a great place to work. People are nice, dynamic, agreable and always willing to help each other. Teamwork is valued. Learning new skills is always encouraged.

The management team started more and more micro management with controlling the hours logged and making various changes that made it difficult to collaborate with your own team

Working in the Nutcache team was great. Good relationship between the members, working with the cutting edge technologies and scrum development process.

small software company that grew. provided an interesting product that the french canadians backed and were successful. the owner , however, was a d---k. that, in itself, ruined all potential.

Very nice company with opportunities of advancement. The environment is great and they push you to learn and grow if you are willing to.

Great motivation from the direction to grow!
