I have worked for a few companies and can say without hesitation the front line management of Dynamysk is well ahead of most when it comes to communication, learning and teachings of the crews.  The group I was with used the people to the best of their abilities and all the workers were very eager to share and to listen to one another.  As the HSE person my job was very easy with these folks as they would ask questions or listen to when I had any advise for them,  As a team atmosphere you could not have asked for better.  They all made it a great place to work and as always great communication less stress better eyes on task no injury or workplace damage.
It was a great experience and would love to work with them again anytime.

Dynamysk is an excellent company to work for in the electrical construction or commissioning field.
I have worked here for the last four years and have no complaints.
I mostly work in the construction division however if things slow they swing me over to the commissioning division to keep me busy.
I would recommend Dynamysk to any Electricians in need of work.

Company was a great place to work.   I have done 3 projects with them and can attest that they are very much safety driven with continuous improvement accepted and encouraged.   Always felt part of the team and all we willing to engage with you to lend a hand where required 

One of my most favourite jobs were with this company,
Very fair paying, only few things I can say are unfortunate is that jobs don’t last long and I worked with one guy I hope never to work with again  but most of there people were pretty good
All in all this company is one of the better ones and I hope it does strive through the tough times

Great company to work for.  Well organized, responsive and respectful.  My only knock is their benefits system. It is not based on an hours bank.  Your benefits terminate the day you get laid off from a project and only commence after 90 days worked and not after being employed with the company for 90 days.

Dynamysk was a fantastic employer. The supervisors were very knowledgeable, patient, and willing to teach as well as except feedback and questions. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I certainly hope to go back to work for them when the opportunity arises.

I enjoyed my stay at Dynamysk, people were very friendly, sometimes the odd beers after work to meet new people and enjoy their company. Clean environment and lots of parking "Free".
Plenty of opportunity for advancing.

Mostly good people to work with, classic old boys club of industrial construction  without any real thought to other people’s emotional well being. It’s a middle of the road company so far, hopefully it gets better with time and has more mature foreman and lead hands. High school environment.  Wages are low also.

Dynamysk is like a second home and a second family. One of the best companies I have ever worked for. At Dynamysk everyone works very hard but they are no strangers to having some fun as well. It is this perfect balance of hard work, great friends and fun that makes Dynamysk a great place to work.
