It's nice to wake up everyday knowing that you're headed to work and  you will be with great people. At E-care we have a harmonious working relationship. We work there independently but we always help each other when needed. Our bosses are nice, friendly and professional. The hardest part of the job is when you have an irate customer over the phone, though you're trying to help them but your best is still not good enough for them. Still, at the end of the day, after work, you will smile and be proud on how you overcome that situation.

Not the kind of job for a creative person. Personally, that was not the kind of environment I was looking for, I just needed a job and I got it and I am thankful for the opportunity but as soon as I could I got other position somewhere else. Other colleges seemed happy with this kind of job, not me. Anyway, it is just my personal perception.

The most exciting part of my current job entails assisting customers to submit their loan request via online services. I manage and/or assist with processing ACH revoke requests, loan extensions, possible cancellations and provide over the phone and online customer service support to a very large and diverse US clientele.

I would come into work with a smile when walking through the doors and walked out with the same smile. E-care was a great place to work, amazing colleagues, great workplace and every one was looked after with no complaints. The most thing I enjoyed working at E-care was that everyone always had a positive attitude and everyone was always kind to help others.

Started as a collector - calling customers regarding their delinquent accounts. Later got promoted to Ambassador of fun/Administrative assistant, got to work closely with management. Management here is wonderful, co-workers were great and the atmosphere was all around awesome.

With my two years at E-care, I learned a wealth of information from supervisors, and co-workers. I also was able to bring my previous experience to the table. the last 3-5 months was very stressful, and it was difficult to say bye to co-workers as the office environment was one of family.

It was a standard call centre job. Not much room for movement. The people there were friendly. Pays minimum wage and raises are small. It has gone through several lay offs, not much job security.
