Unless you are good friends with someone higher up, don’t expect anything from this company. Very toxic. Zero employee retention. Favouritism means advancement. eCapital needs to look at why so many people continue to quit. It starts with upper management (CEO’s, VP’s, Directors etc…). If employees continue to leave and nothing is changing, maybe it’s time to start looking at changing the head of departments/divisions to breathe new life into the company and fix the toxic culture. The work life balance is nonexistent. Working remotely allows more family time and personal time. eCapital cannot wrap their head around the concept that remote work, works! You just need a team who can properly lead and until the current VP’s and Directors are replaced especially those in Customer Service, you’ll continue to get the same results. These “leaders” have become complacent and too comfortable with the fact that there is no repercussions for the way they treat employees!  

When I first came on it seemed great. The job had benefits, there was the occasional free lunch and the work environment was exceptional. The job was very busy but it made the day go by fast, I had zero complaints. Now it seems that upper management doesn't care about anyone but themselves, and you're only safe from lay offs if you know management and/or are the lowest paid. If you ask for help, or explain that you have too much work they won't do anything, and then the "big changes" they put in place to "help" just makes the environment more stressful and provides even less job satisfaction. Two months ago I thought I would be with this company for years to come , get to move up and grow a career. Now I work under the constant fear of layoffs, and the stress of having zero support, doubt I'll be here much longer.

I've been scolded for getting sick because the sick days are considered "poor attendance." 
I've seen people fired for sick days but are told it's cause they "aren't a good fit."
I only came because everyone I knew that worked here said it was the best place ever. Immediately I could tell it was BS. 
The training that is provided is only a fraction of the job, and then you get thrown into the deep end. You are expected to know all of these processes that constantly change. And when you make a mistake, they hold it against you. Not fair to new employees at all.

Good place to work overall. Some departments are better than others, but there is room for advancement. 
Good morale among staff.
Remuneration could be higher.
They need to offer more sick/personal days.
This company is growing. Fast. They are experiencing growing pains and it is reflected in  that some policies and procedures are not clear or established yet. 

This is a company that cares about its employees. Working here provides many opportunities for growth with internal job postings and comprehensive training/shadowing programs. Monthly lunches provided by the company and complete 1 hour paid lunches daily are only the cherries on top. If you are efficient and hard-working, this is the place for you!

The office is air conditioned

It's cliquey like Highschool. Also, if you don't attend the Xmas party, you're likely going to get fired.

Toxic work culture. Avoid at all costs.

Sit at a screen and click buttons.

I was happy here when i started workingthere, then they started adding more and more tasks that were not possible to finish in a timely manner, and the manager keeps harrassing you and telling you thst you're 
not performing after two years. If your manager or a higher manager does not like you, they'll let you go in a heart beat. True evil people with the power to hurt whoever they want.

My manager. She set me up to fail

Overall great, except for my manager. She's toxic

Busy. High expectations, with little reward

Laid off about 60 people in July 2023. Would not hire people back dispite having positions available.

Work there at your own risk. Could potentially loose your job in the blink of an eye without warning.

Most people are great and there are a lot of benefits (health, dental, paid lunch) but pay is low and it's hard to move anywhere else without being friendly with management. Also not a lot of recognition given to the employees that are sticking it out.
