I have worked with ECHOtape for the past 25 years. I describe what I do as interesting, leading edge (for the tape industry) and progressive. ECHOtape will give you the feeling of being one of he family once you understand what is needed and join in the effort to make it happen. ECHOtape treats every customer with importance, so no matter what your postion is the customer is king. Time moves quickly as you will always  be busy.

Management style was one of micromanagement and distrust. There was no opportunity for growth and change was non-existent. I needed to buy my own office supplies such as a lamp and sticky notes. The hardest part of my day was having to work diligently while being continuously exposed to a constant passive-aggressive communication.  It was not for me.

I enjoyed working at Echotape, The job was only for a short time. Contract/Replacement.

The people were great.

The hardest part of it is I was there only for 3 months

During the 3 months I learned a new product and met new people.

The working hours were great and it was close to my home.

I have no regret working there it was very interesting.

Wonderful company to work for, good environment. Very helpful administration, and great people working next to you. You are more than an employee number.

He has no personality and is very dry. The Accountant needs to lightened up, be honest and get off his high horse. Then again every company has their bad apples!!! 
Staff members are nice and helpfull!

Every Job is different and cultures changes from company to company.  but I learn to adapt.  Do to be able to compare would be hard because there are personality differences as well
