The only thing enjoyable about this job was the employees trying to make the best of a failing company. Hours are slim the more hired the less hours asking there employees to make quite a high sum of money per hour for them just to get more hours... Makes sense but the store is always completely dead! Making it hard for one not to have two jobs since the company isn't willing to give more hours out. Everything was always really sketchy not enough to point it out like borderline off that's all I could make of it. Now I'm an ex employee of this company, months later the sketchy part pops up again I ask for some info that I need so the government doesn't mess me over in my taxes and they don't want to send it. I moved and told them my new address in person which was my mistake, I should of written it down for them. In general don't trust this company it's not worth the headache.

I learned a lot from Ecko Unlimited. It taught me how to become a better manager. It taught me the importance of being a good leader.  Pay and benefits were outstanding. Unfortunately, the only concern I had with the company was that it filed for bankruptcy.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Ecko Ultd. The environment was exceptional, management and HR was extremely   understanding and gave the tools for advancement. 

As any company has, there were a few problems and concerns that I experienced while working here and for the most part they were resolved respectfully and to the fullest of anyone's ability.

good first job customers were great i learned how to generate sales and merchandise product. the mangement was alright, my co workers were very competitive because of the commission. the hardest part of the job was bringing out product and merchandising it. the most enjoyable part of the job was meeting new people

More support to store managers.
More training.
Accurate information and product information.
More leadership and advancement for managers.
More respect for all workers.
Equality in the workplace.
Fair pay and fair break time/meal time.
Seniority or system to regard who earns the amount of hours per week.
Teamwork/Team effort in work place.

Was a sales associate for 6 months and key holder for 3 months. Was very easy going as far as people and managing the store but upper management was extremely sales focussed and tis created a lot of stress among the workers and unreasonable goals.

On multiple times I was reprimanded for not doing the small things just to come in and see that the manger had been not doing the same things. 

STOP letting management throw the other employees under the bus for the same stuff they are doing

Spend a lot of years at this company and I learned a lot about retail. I started at the bottom at sales and worked my way up 3key, Asst. then Store Manager. I also had the opportunity to manage different locations.

Although there isn't a lot of hours allotted to the store per week (around 75 split unevenly between 4 people), I still enjoy working here because of the people I work with, we all get along well and it's a respectful, supportive environment.

It wasn't too busy there so the place was always super clean! Always good music. I loved seeing the new clothing come in and organizing displays so customers could see too!
