Small company so works best if you get along with those around. Very easy going group so long as you are accountable. Due to its small size it is easy to bring up issues and requests and i did feel they were listened to. Rather busy at times so being flexible with sudden changes is a must. Worked alone and got my own service vehicle i got to take home. On bigger jobs or installs you would work with someone else so you werent put in situations that you felt you couldnt do. Would be nice if more rigging and proper equipment was available to lift heavy and large items in regards to automotive lifts. Those will come in time im sure. Overall pleased with my experiences.

I worked for this company for 2 years, they made health care feel like a robotic job, no compassion no proper care, No respect for the staffs, , i had a very bad experience , where I stopped giving care to people which is what i loved to do , Because they dont make me feel like a personal support worker but instead a robot with no human emotions , or compassion. If you graduated as personal support worker they put it at the same level as  home health worker , If you have 10 years experience they give you the same amount of salary as someone with no experience and no diploma

Working at earls was good at first as this was my first job, but as time moved on I started to realize how poorly the management of the restaurant was; I wanted to become a line cook so I asked to be trained on line, though I had asked numerous times I had yet to get through to any of my Sous-Chef’s. Finally one day I was trained on salads and although I had finally gotten to work on line, my shifts were poorly managed.

CSA Project Lead. Responsible for revisions of As-built 2D structural drawing detailed Plans as per correction, based on client’s standards on text height, text size, layers, drawing presentation and title block. It also includes revisions based on redline drawing.

This company is a very precise workplace for people who are not able to work in a business workplace. They help with teens who are not in work with handing out newspapers for some money to save for either schooling, tools, needs, and necessities.

Working at McDonald's was hard at first till i got used to it and till i got used to the people that work there too.However later on it was really fun because of how busy it was and the people were nice also it thought me a lot of things like how to make ice cream, drinks and also how to communicate with customers.

The management at the Correctional Service is abysmal.  I do not recommend taking a placement here unless you do not have much of a choice.  

The co-workers are good but overall a negative job to be in especially with managements handling of situations.

it was very excited when I was called for job orientation and everything went well. the supervisor was very happy to receive me due to my height. I learned how to work in groups in the fast pace
