ELITE BMW

BMW is not a volume dealership, it is a luxury dealership. However the pay plan reflects that of a volume dealership (honda/kia/hyundai). As a result there’s no motivation when you know your commissions will be low. Gotta deliver 15 cars to see any real money but those aren’t realistic expectations given the type of brand you’re selling. Bring back the old pay plan and maybe then you’ll have a lower TO ratio. 

Working in the service department your main task was to harass clients. They would make me call over 100 clients a day and send out messages for a survey to be filled out. I would constantly get yelled at because each client had received 5-6 calls from us, if they don’t answer or complete the survey we were told to keep calling. 

Many great things to say about working for Elite BMW, led by strong leadership team and an excellent work culture where hard work and dedication pays off. BMW is a brand that always offers trainings in Montreal & Toronto, always looking to create great sales people. Local networking events are frequent, allowing you to see the benefits of working for a dealership like Elite BMW.

Blatant favoritism and lack of respect in this place makes it a miserable place to work. This place used to be much better. Certain people work hard for no recognition, while others  just get 'fed' and protected by management who are always turning a blind eye to the issues at hand. All in all, you'll be overworked, unappreciated and essentially expected to accept that this is just the way it works.

This company was exciting and thrilling to work for they really keep you on your toes and the work environment is easy-going and friendly. However, the workload doesn’t always allocate to the salary/wage which puts a lot of pressure on all of the  departments. With that being said, due to the lack of staff employees had to navigate between different departments.

Favouritism runs rampant at Elite BMW as most employees are paid minimum wage, while a select few employees who are close to the manager benefit from a higher salary and a blind-eye when messing up. Prepare to be overworked, underappreciated, and used to co-workers quitting. 

Zero appreciation for your work and dedication. Getting a raise is almost impossible. Poor management extreme lack of accountability and organization. Will find any legal way to cut pays. Make a call to the labour board and find out for yourself. 

During my employment I was educated in car parts and sales. I learned alot. Epmloyers are very friendly and easy to get along with.
The new location on the corner St.Laurent and Ogilvie is a very nice atmosphere. The clients are regular and its nice to see familiar faces.

A typical day at work is dealing with 50+ files.

Elite is a great dealership to work for but there are some bad things. The dealership builidng is beautiful, the managment and other staff are nice, but the group that owns the dealership is terrible.
