My experience at Energie Cardio was and still is to this day, an amazing start to becoming a personal trainer. With a fantastically lead, dynamic and eager team, I felt very well taken care of and catered to. I believe my environment truly encouraged me to push myself to not only be the best trainer but also one of the highest selling trainers in terms of volume of sessions. I recommend this place and job to anyone who knows they want to become a trainer and don't know where to start as you learn plenty hands on with the support of other experienced trainers with various academic backgrounds. I only wish there were more benefits for the employee's such as dental, insurance or increase of pay.  The hardest part of the job would be staying consistent with your organization, paperwork and appointments with various staff members but you do adapt.

I did not have much experience in management and I got hired for the job anyways. I had to rebuild a new team of employees and manage the daily operations at the same time as being trained in the position of which I knew nothing about. I was expected to meet the selling objectives and did not have nor the training nor the support to reach them. This is mostly do to the owner of the franchise and not to the banner.

Worked here for almost 5 years as a full time trainer.  Was given more responsibility from management to help boost overall sales of the gym, which in turn helped me build a large client base.

GReat company, however a lack of benefits or salary.

Nothing is easy in live , all jobs have their negative and positive . If you are passionate and ready to hustle, you will do great. The only negative side is the pressure to sell big packages
