Employees aren't treated equally. There is zero communication between management and employees. Favoritism is main reason in Mississauga office (Management and HR) going to HR will not gone be helpful as they are all fruits from the same tree. Not a good environment for your mental health. 
Such a environment that actively discourages with the boring work and any kind of unfair treatment.
Best coworkers to work with, but NOT the company itself.  

Great bunch of guys that I worked with, but you get hired through an agency they don't kind of make it clear if you're going to get hired full-time, most places after three months you get hired. there were people that were there over a year and will not hire full-time! Pay is horrible! Okay place if you just want to make quick bucks and get out!  If  you expect to get a serious job there going to work there along time! Would pass if you get a job offer there!

Excellent company to work for. Very team and cooperative environment.

Very supportive,  employee and customer focused

A great place to work once you get in, friendly and clean atmosphere.  Lots of opportunity for advancement if you want it.  Great salary opportunities, benefits package, and company pension. 

Wages are really good even when starting out as labourer. Good benefits package and you work 3 days a week with four days off! Overall a really good company that cares about their employees. Only bad thing is the company is leaving Langley so it was good while it lasted. 

It is a very good company, reputable, good internal policies and a lot of benefits.

Easy to receive assistance from the factory on technical issues regarding equipment we are supporting. 

They're known to pick out family members or favorits other than the hard workers of the company/workplace! The location in Sudbury is just toxic and fueled with ambition for you to fail ! They don't care if it's your first year of if you have been there over 7+ years! 

No communication about performance but even though I was told they would make a decision after 3-6 months I was let go from the position after 20 months.  No reason was given.

I loved this company by far the best place I've worked. If I could I would have worked here all my life. I love the employees and the customers are so happy to have Epiroc as there go-to company for our services
