The culture is amazing, a lot of the call center employees and managers are not. They do not seem as though they care, they do not listen to the wants and needs of the call center as a whole. There are many changes that I know a lot of us would wish to see that are ignored or brushed to the side. It's also nearly impossible to leave an entry level position and go elsewhere unless you have been there for 5+ years. It's very easy to get burnt out especially when you have ZERO breaks from members, getting call after call after call and getting spoken to or being yelled at for having to take a mental break. It's really ridiculous.

Overload you with work. Management at branch are very inconsistent and have favoritism. They Fired without enough disciplinary actions, inconsistency, poor training. 
 


In short, such a wonderful, productive, loving and amazing environment. You are made to feel welcomed and are given tools to advance. As long as there is effective communication, management will help you reach your goal in accordance with availability. 10/10

I am not really an employee but I guess it was fun there. If you are after the experience then, that is great. I think experience is  better than money.
