Care about paperwork rather than actual work.
Example had to sign off on Safety sheets etc. thats the only thing that'd check if we signed those papers wouldn't even actually see if you done that job. If It was written down on the safety sheets and signed you done your job.
Good job ESS. 

First 3 months of working had 2 full days off to myself after I stopped taking extra shifts I was next in line for Layoffs.

Work like a slave. 

Too many bosses not enough workers.

Busy Mine in BC 
Greeting all visitors to the mine, providing clean and comfortable housing to all residents up to 500.
Planning all special events, including menu, decorating, staffing.
monthly meeting with miners to discuss how camp life was progressing, dealing with any complaints, being accountable to the crews.

Working for ESS has been good for me. I have worked for them in Yellowknife on the ice roads and now at a diamond mine camp.
It is very busy as staff levels could be better. The off site management team is decent when it comes to support.
I would recommend this company

planning events, recreational activities and personal training. working in a friendly workplace with camp workers and co-workers. great communication with managers of the camp,flexible hours was also a plus

I had achieved good  skills of house keeping while at ESS which will help me improve on my career objective. 
I got my Salary always in time
I got all the medication wenever I could get sick 
I had meals 

People gossip and do nothing to improve the work environment. Communication is inexistent from senior management. Staff keep living in strides and board of directors is oblivious. 

Very cliquey and horrible managment 
Closed minded And stuck in the past of how many offshore programs worked in 2013. 
People always talked about others and overall unprofessional.

Fun place to work and travel, if you love travelling this is the job for you. people are very nice and easy to talk to. Management needs a bit of work done coz they dont value their people.to them you are just a number and that is so wrong

Management suck try to blame employee for their wrong doing wouldn't recommend it to no one,only miss the client  i had thats it, sucks.they need to change their way as management and i am so surprised that people work there for years

Great first full time job. Full of supportive and friendly people who are willing to support your goals. Great as a stepping stone to more challenging and secure roles.
