Two 15 min. breaks...No lunch break

I worked there about 15 years ago and hated it. The HR manager was the owners wife whom didn't have a clue what she was doing. While there, the company decided to reduce my wages because they didn't know what my roles were but wouldn't allow me to work to my full potential. Many of the employees did not clearly know what their role was there.

Loved working here and the other workers were fabulous I worked on hand assembly , and final assembly , I worked on testers and loved it I could have stayed here till I retired but unfortunately there was a layoff and I was gone I miss working there and would have like more training 🙁

Low wage, less to no opportunity for growth. If you like to work for low wage with little to no salary increase, this it! Lots of gossiping all around and have to deal with different types of group of people seeming like in a high school setting.

If you are postive coming into work everyday, the work is good.
The people are usually in a good mood.
Management has its days but most times they are working and allow you to work.
The hardest part of the job is listening to people that are less educated than you but think they know what they are doing.
The best part of the job is the people you get to work with.

Very strict workplace environment.
English speaking is minimal. 
Difficult to communicate with other employees unless you are bilingual.
Very uncomfortable environment  if you are Canadian

During my stay at the company I learn a lot of things even on how to be tough on things. All the knowledge and skill with the help of my seniors trainers and team leaders  will surely bring where ever I am.

8:30am - 5:00pm
Very little training provided for new hires
A lot of meetings throughout the day
Strong focus on Automotive.
Many nice people work there, but high turnover

This company I can say a great place to work. Helps to build up as a worker either in team or solo. I would recommend this to peole who want to start building their careers as a worker.

One of the best place to work. Amazing management and colleagues. A good start for the career. Lots to learn. The management and staffs are very approachable and always ready to help.
