A typical workday would involve coming in and checking on new tickets and updating open ones.  The workplace was split into the warehouse and the office and it was a big building so on some support tickets where you would have to go to the desk to the employee it would be that I'd be running around all over the place.  

I was also responsible to daily backups and AD maintenance.  I also maintained printers and upgraded the computer systems.

I learned lot about maintaining a network, including the backup side of things.  Since it was a large office, I learned to manage my time and prioritize tickets from all users.

Management was very involved in all decisions big and small so at times it did feel a bit constricting.

Co-workers were very professional and at times very involved in their work.  This would be especially true in the IT department.  But I liked they absolutely knew what they were doing.

The hardest was when decisions on the IT matters were made by upper management who didn't necessarily have the background to make such decisions.  This lead to some poor decisions being made.

The most enjoyable is of course the people.  Being a big company, I had to and did gain the trust and confidence of the employees.  This was very important and they knew they could rely on me to fix their issues.

Where do I even begin? Eurofase is one of the most toxic companies I have worked at. The management lowballs you on salary and expects unpaid overtime every day, sometimes including working on the weekends. Upper management like to replace people, in a company with the size of around 80 people, they replaced close to 50 people within 2 years. Work is all about blaming other departments/coworkers when there is anything that goes wrong, nobody takes responsibility for their mistakes and sometimes they will get into shouting matches with each other. Sometimes management will promote a person and if the person did not perform as well as they expected, they will demote that person back to the previous job title. Which company actually does that? I would highly not recommend anybody to work here unless this is your last resort.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The working culture was very cliqueish.  It was not a pleasant  environment to work.  The CS supervisor and Lead CS were not helpful in fostering a culture of inclusivity.  The company has beautiful products however it unfortunately did not translate to the staff. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
See previous comment.  It seemed like there was no proper procedure to teach new staff and rather than being met with patience was instead met with attitude to seemingly belittling a person to make them feel incompetent. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
People did not look like they were working for the company because they enjoyed it (at least to not management staff) they looked like it was a paychecks only. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?

Was a fast paced assembly environment with strict deadlines. All of the 3 years that I was employed at this company I have upheld all my deadlines, was promptly on time and rarely missed a shift. Developed good relationships with the employees and made lots of friends. Work was physically demanding and times dangerous. I resigned due to unsafe work practices, and collected unemployment insurance due to an injury that occurred at the work place. Also the rotating continental shifts were hard on my mind and body. Couldn't keep good sleeping or eating habits. Felt unhealthy despite my young age.

They are working at team building activities on and off business hours.  The owners are friendly and approachable.  Imitative is appreciated and encouraged, they are very considerate of family issues and will work with you.  Some positions have overtime requirements that are balanced with flexibility when you need time off.  Lunch room facilities and outdoor seating for employees.  Great staff, all kind, helpful and polite.  Extra holidays off and company events during the holidays.

Typical Day at work would be waiting on orders to picks, Inspect the orders. 

Massive Discharge happening now once the company was bought out by the American (Bitcoins) 

There's no Two Week's notice they take their targets on employees hive them walking out the door papers. 

Employees that have worked hard for their living no appreciation. 

Employees that have 20+ 2+ it doesn't matters here's your Discharge papers out the doors you go. 

Bad Company to work for if Jobs seeker want to apply. 

Turnover is very high, they often layoff employees. No company culture or job enhancement, they would get rid of you without cause, just because your salary is higher than others in your team, they won’t see your talent or experience can offer. Poor HR department, act like professional but not professional, totally foul the owners, as the owners won’t know how HR deal with the employees. Avoid at all cost. 

Lighting company. Learned alot customer satisfaction is huge in this company. The workplace was a strong family oriented place to work.  There are different things you learn on a daily basis. Different departments as well that you can gradually grow into.

Some great friendships were formed here and there are some stand-up characters. Great first job to get your foot in the door but this company is guilty for trying to do everything and not having a strong brand identity. 

Management is horrible and compensation is very low. They do not value their employees.

Okay for first job, otherwise avoid working here if possible.

Most enjoyable part of the job is leaving at the end of the day.
