Working at Edenborough Landscaping for the last 2 years has been a great growing experience. I have learned lots and have had much opportunity to advance my skills and leadership. As a foreman my second year, I was able to further refine my skills and learn how to better manage a group of people. The culture is one of expecting your best work, but understanding when things might not go as planned. Management is supportive of helping their employees progress and they want to see you continue to grow with them. Some days are harder than others and certain weather sometimes isn’t ideal to work in, but overall it is a great experience that is very rewarding when projects are completed. Plus you get super jacked! Would definitely recommend Edenborough Landscaping 

Make no mistake, this job is physically hard and good work ethic is expected. With that being said if you are a hard worker they are quite lenient with days off and forgiving of genuine mistakes. Lots of fun to work there and good friends throughout the organization

Edenborough has an amazing team atmosphere that is very professional. Days are long and full of hard work but very rewarding. Management is very accommodating and helpful.

Everyone is quite nice, but very concerned with being productive. If you are willing to put hard work in, it will be a positive experience for sure. The rate at which you improve is also satisfying, and the end products always look solid.

good team to work with, fast paced. Great owner, good group of guys to be around and learn from. Was expected to learn the equipment and encouraged through it.

Very productive company with well done work and done at a good pace, workers who work well and get work done and do it productivly and well. Woerkers are organized.
