While the pay can be good (commission based so up to you) the Sales Management team does not care about customers and unless you are part of the "group" you will not move ahead. 
Many people come an go but the management sits playing on their phones all day. 
Best part is potential to make good income and worst part is the General Manager and the Sales Managers. Rest of dealership has amazing staff!

Busy company, even in the slower months (January-February) Due to only being 2 BMW dealerships within Edmonton, if customers wanted their vehicles serviced by a BMW technician they were limited to where they could go which kept Edmonton BNW quite busy.

All co workers got along great, was like having a second family , everyone was open to helping the other member out if they were able to.

Edmonton BMW was home to me for many years. I started and completed my apprenticeship at this dealership and they were very good to me. The reason I left was because I wasted to earn my business diploma.

The accounting department was a kind and respectful work environment, however lack of leadership in the sales department made for a breeding ground of sexist remarks.

I am sales associate for Edmonton BMW.  My daily routine includes talking to customer, demoing, and selling. I am also responsible for following up with clients.  My job is to sell and keep a happy customer happy and follow up with them for future purchases.

management is very good and fun. they'll give you the proper push to reach your goals. they provide amazing training for all of your sales needs.

The dealership is quite well organized and properly staffed. Overall, the staff is good and the place is very well organized. The work life balance is good and the management understands the importance of proper staffing levels.

Was a good place to work at, but management was hard to work with. Learned a lot, even more than some places I worked at after. Was hard to get paid overtime, or missed hours. Even if it was at the request of management

Loved that job a lot. I enjoyed the staff and the management. They took care of me and always made sure I had everything to complete my tasks. Good place overall
