Worked here last year, pay was reasonable for the area. I didn't stay long enough to find out how the benefits were, but they seemed below average as most HETs are offered immediate health benefits from day 1 these days due to industry demand. No pension either, although that's pretty common these days. 

Nice crew to work with, manager was nice as well. Very busy at times, super slow at others. Not much in the way of PPE available (safety glove, proper fitting coveralls), and no drug test was administered as part of the screening process, which was a bit concerning (especially in this day and age) as it indicates a pretty lax attitude towards employee safety and was pretty surprising given they are a large truck dealership.

Ultimately I was offered a higher paying position with more growth opportunities and I gave my two weeks notice. Upon giving my notice I was told my services were no longer required and I left immediately, leaving me with no income for two weeks. This was not a big deal in my personal situation but it struck me as very unprofessional and disrespectful, as I had fulfilled all my obligations. So don't bother giving your two weeks notice here, just quit on the day you intend to leave.

Typical high-stress dealer environment, with tight book times. Management is overall professional and compassionate. There’s plenty of online training available, access to all relevant software, and each tech is provided with any account we could possibly need: Cummins QSOL, Cat SIS, etc. 

They pay very well. They will train you, and have decent training programs. The employee culture is good, a little clicky but better than most. Management is 3/5, good but not great. Most management has been in the company for a very long time, which is great because they probably did the job you're doing and understand the issues but it also means that you will have a hard time getting promoted because management has been there forever.

Still holding on to hope.

Greatful i made it through the lay offs, but looks like all are suffering from it. So lack of productivity, positivity,professionalism,and profitability are lacking in the service department.The parts department like always is thriving...funny when the service department suffers ,parts has its biggest sales! 

Have been working here for quite a few years. Lots of shop politics, terrible management, and no advancement opportunities. If you don't suck off the service manager, you will go no where. If you enjoy stress, toxic management,  and a prison type of work environment, this is the place for you. If you are after training to gain experience as an apprentice, good luck. The foreman will eat you alive. 

After asking for a raise and being told it was in the works, a cost of living increase of 4% was justified as enough of a raise and was pushed out after unwilling to accept that for my own raise. Poor employee treatment, all about the bottom line and no consideration for the loyalty given by employees. 

Was a great place to jumpstart my heavy duty mechanics career but was unfortunately laid off during covid times. World class facility work definitely recommend if already a ticketed journeyman. 

Great place to work and learn the skills needed to be a valuable asset in any company. They have overtime available . They will put you through school and extra available specialty training . 

The company is very well run and they pride themselves on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. I enjoyed the professionalism while I was there.
