I learned a lot from working at Edukids, I learned what the meaning of "work family" is, we were all a big team. A typical day went by pretty quickly because you are so busy with the kids all of the time. My supervisor was incredible, very approachable an easy to talk to. The hardest part of the job for me was taking the work home for me. I felt I didn't get enough time in the actual workday to get programming done or things around my classroom updated such as the display boards and such. So I was often doing my program plans at home and working on stuff for the classroom at home. Most enjoyable part of the job was obviously the kids, they made everything worth it for me and I miss them very much very.

I was a co op student at Edukids Whitby in 2019. I LOVED it there. The staff was amazing and my co-op teachers were incredible. I would have never left if it wasn’t for me having to move to Port Elgin. They even gave me a mock interview when I was applying to a job in Port Elgin. I wish I would have never left and I regret it. They treat the children with love and care and never hesitated to help anyone. Best place I have ever had the pleasure to work. Miss you guys!!!!

At EDUkids Bradford, we pride ourselves on our family-like atmosphere.The centre provids a welcoming and safe childcare environment where all children's needs are met (ie. Food allergies,sleep schedules)
I have worked at EDUkids Bradford for over 5 years the job has been nothing but rewarding creating bonds with families and children that attend the centre.
The director is professional yet treats all employees as they are family.
 

The supervisor is mean like a dictator they don't give you vacation or sick days off and they are very cheap company the haire you but doesn't give you hours the haire these students and youth so the government pays them the don't have any respect for the staff the treat you like a sleav they are  disgusting

I was a placement student and became an on call supply staff for Edukids Child Care Centre. My only regret is having to leave the company to do a full time placement for school (The placement was mandatory for graduation). I would love to work here again in the future.

Great place to work, management supportive and very involved with Centre employees, children and families.
On site cook makes food delicious food and meets food allergies and restrictions. Employees are friendly and work well together. Children and families are amazing and so friendly.

The reviews on this company are all right. Very childish environment. No support is offered to staff when faced with a problem, instead you’re met with criticism and gossip. Extremely toxic and draining having to deal with the staff, honestly. 

Working here was horrible  offered preschool and asked to do no before after  received those hours supervisor and chief picked favorite staff members.

Co workers and management were catty. Had no regard for staffs mental health. Lots of gossip between classrooms. Had staff opening and closing (alone with children) who did not have cpr/first aid. 
Told me I’d be working a certain shift then waited until I started to tell me it’s a rotational schedule.

Kids are lovely, staff is also. Day to day sched is okay, unfair shifts though, no-one wants to take turns closing. No dress code in place either, staff look unprofessional in sweats, etc. Management does not care about you. Was hurt on the job and manager left. I had to take care of my kids still.
