I was hired as a Custom Home Specialist having had 13 years experience.  The company was looking to expand their market share in this area.  

As always I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction with my clientele and early on brought a steady stream of opportunities to my new companies door.

 Having been mentored by one company leader and moving to a different management group proved a difficult transition.  

The people on a personal level were quite wonderful however the difference in philosophy was insurmountable.

This industry can be high stress, very fast moving and difficult to work in. Ehrenburg Homes isn't immune to these things, but they turn it into a positive rather than a negative. I've never worked somewhere where I felt so supported in the challenges of construction than here. They set you up for success and will help you better yourself instead of being harsh if something doesn't go right. 

There's a very healthy culture here that seems relaxed amongst the typical pressures of construction. the best part of the job is the people here.

- inspect my service van and load equipment as needed.  Then follow a schedule of service calls and 1 year reviews 

- work with more experienced tech in order to learn new ways of troubleshooting unusual service calls.  Enjoy working with the warranty team as well as All this other staff in the closing of new homes.  It's a great place to work!

Ehrenburg offers a very collaborative work environment.  Employees or sales reps have access to the decision makers quickly without a lot of layers or waiting on answers and feedback.  They are responsive to their employees opinions and feedback.  Overall great experience to date.

Ehrenburg Homes is a great place to work. Its an upbeat atmosphere and everyone works together as a team.  Every day is a great new learning experience and as always the staff and management are great to work along side with.

Great organization to work with, close knit team who are treated like family. The owner provides excellent leadership and care for all our staff and invests in the development of each team member professionally and personally.

workday is 730 - 430, 1 hour for lunch
work tasks typically change on a day to day basis
management is very approachable.
some days there is a bit of driving, gas is payed.


Worked for them for 5 years lots of room to learn grow and advance in the carpentry field. Everyone is easy going from the office to the job site. Small company that feels more like a family.
